I would recommend NOT working here or bringing your kids here. I worked here for about 4months, "coworkers" treat each other poorly, always felt like walking on egg shells there. Poor treatment of children and how situations are dealt with. However, Metro Kindercare( Appleton near the Mall) is a whole step above this center.

Not happy at all with this daycare there isn't diversity my kids where the only black kids in this daycare my daughter was put in what they called the "crying corner" because she was upset and missed me which is crazy and when they sent me a picture of her where she was clearly crying and being forced to play with a toy I went to check on her on my break she was sleeping I asked about her crying and they brushed it off like it was nothing and lied and said they comfort her when she gets like that but she told me the truth when I picked her up and spoke to her myself. My two year old is always happy when I pick him up but on the last day he could do nothing but cry when he seen me and they brushed that off and said he hasn't been doing that even though my daughter said when she passed him in the hall he cried for her and the teacher yelled at him When I called to ask about what happened I got attitude from the male and the assistant acted like she had no clue about the yelling when I asked about the crying corner I got no explanation as a mother I know my kids and nothing about their reaction to this daycare was right. So I immediately pulled them and found care. Maybe it's just not a place for black kids since clearly the reviews are stating their kids where treated completely different as my daughter the only black girl in the class mentioned her friend wasn't put in the crying corner at all for crying for her mom. I'm still bothered about this Everytime I think about it we found a new childcare center with more seasoned teachers who agreed I was right for pulling them I just wish I could do more and figure out why my two year old who can't speak for himself reacted the way he did because I never seen that from him before and I believe with everything in my heart something happens to him. My friend reported them because she has witnessed a situation when she picked them up that they denied to me when asked what happened but we will see how far this goes. Just be mindful and aware of who you trust with your children.

We absolutely love Kindercare!! Pretty much from the first day we walked in their door we have felt like family. They have amazing teachers there that constantly work with our daughter. Our daughter is under 1 and they do all sort of sensory activities. She has painted, played with different types of food, played with water, played with all different musical instruments and they went through all sort of transportation with her. They make daycare so much fun for her and she LOVES her teachers! We really love everyone there, they are all amazing and work hard, especially through all this Covid stuff.

My kids have been going to kindercare for around 4 years now. They are now part of the school age program and all of the teachers are incredibly respectful and reliable. One of my children has additional needs and I know he is always being well taken care of. They have a great before and after school program which my kiddos always have tons of positive things to say when coming home. With virtual becoming more of a reality, kindercare has many great options to ensure kids adapt to the environment and continue to receive the education they need.

My kids have been in the school age program right almost 3 years. They love going to daycare on days off of school. I am so greatful for how flexible the center is and how great the teachers are at helping to make sure my kids get on their zoom meetings for virtual learning. This has been a crazy different year but Kindercare is doing an amazing job and have always done a great job in trying and challenging situations. I would recommend this daycare and their school age program 100 times!!! PS.. my kids love their socially distanced cubicles they get to sit in for virtual learning😃😃
