Our son has been attending New Beeginings since the beginning of November and I wanted to wait awhile before writing a review so that our family and the daycare had a chance to fall into routine with one another. I have to say that we are so blessed to have such a wonderful place with an amazing staff to take care of our son. His teachers are great and in constant communication with my husband and I. They update the app throughout the day to let us know when he eats, when he’s changed, when he naps, and they will private message us if he needed an outfit change for some reason or if he needs more supplies. They will often send us the cutest photos of him too, which makes me feel better knowing he’s smiling and playing with his teachers. The teachers will send out “lesson plans” for the week showing what the kids are learning throughout the week and what the parents can do at home to assist with their learning, which is really important to my husband and I. All of the staff know my son by name even if they aren’t his direct teachers and everyone greets him and talks so highly of him at drop off/pickup. He’s meeting milestones really well, and has since he started attending here, which says to me that the staff is dedicated to his development. I am so thankful for New Beeginings!

I debated making a review for a while now BUT i know there are other parents that look for reviews before enrolling their children.
My child was at this daycare from 6 weeks old until almost age 2. From the time we started they rotated through staff constantly. The infant teachers that were there when we left (Oct 2024) are great! We love ms Louis. However, My daughter got moved to the toddler room without my knowledge (obviously it would happen regardless BUT communication would be nice.) Ms. Madison is great but I never knew who else was in that classroom. My overall issue with this daycare is the major lack in communication. They do not make accommodations for milk allergies. Per owner Pacifiers are also not allowed at this daycare. The owner tired to give me the wrong kid twice. Very poor communication at this daycare. They are also closed very often for staff meetings (understandable but could be an inconvenience). The final straw for us was when they suspended my 1 year old for biting another child. I was informed my daughter “is a safety hazard to other kids” which was a shock to us because we were never informed of her having behavior issues in the past (again, poor communication). Toddlers go through developmental stages and you would hope the daycare you enroll your child in has the knowledge to understand that. I then asked for documentation of this incident and the owner was confused on what documentation i was asking for (she had forgotten she suspended my 1 year old for 3 days). Still to this day never received documentation of this incident. Overall, this daycare is ran very poorly , the only interactions I had with the owner was when there was issues - never positive communication with her. Poor communication all around. they do use an app to update you on your child throughout the day BUT they hardly ever update it.

I am suuuuuper happy with the level of care this facility and teachers have given BOTH of my children. I have a 6 year old that attended there since 2 months as well as a 1 yr old that has been there also since 3months old. BOTH of my children are always cared for and even LOVED! the staff has always been caring and very professional! I had some behavioral issues with my oldest as a toddler but the daycare handled it very professionally and even went out of their way to help correct those behaviors with my child! My children are always super happy to go. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this facility and the teachers! The owner CARES about her daycare and the children and families that attend!

If I could give 0 stars I would… I toured this facility, the assistant director basically interviewed my children… “accepted” them… I explained my 2 year old was at another daycare and we were still up in the air about switching him because of the fact he does get overwhelmed with change… but we were committing to sending my baby.. I get my smart steps voucher addressed with their name on it, I call so I can verify start date and to inform them we will just be sending the baby… and basically they won’t accept the baby because I’m not sending the 2 year old?? Because it looks “bad on business”… They claimed they had other infants on the waitlist but pushed us ahead because we were bringing two children.. (basically they were going to make more money off us) .. so now I’m having to find childcare for my baby once again.. This is. JOKE! If you want to run a private school, run a private school.. Not a government funded DAYCARE!

Went for a “tour” really it was an interview for my toddlers smh. The director denied one of my children after the advising of the lady that toured us…claiming they “pay attention when kids don’t listen to their mommy’s”. He’s 2 and never been to daycare or hardly ever around kids his age and like any kid didn’t want to leave a room full of toys and kids on first command. He listed to me just fine but was slightly upset while following my direction. I don’t think the denial had anything to do with my children more of a personal issue she had. I have a 1 year old that also was upset to leave that class but I picked him up to remove him so I guess she couldn’t claim he “didn’t listen” either. She also had an active out break on half of her mouth and was hugging the children in the room we toured cheek to cheek, after repeatedly telling me they like to keep things as clean as possible.
