Jana made the entire process enjoyable. On our initial visit, she made all the pups I'd inquired about available to meet us, as well as a few others that might fit our needs and home. All the dogs were very well socialized, and obviously well cared for. Jana gave us the space to take Norah (Sterling) home for the weekend to decide if she would be a good fit for our family, and checked on us regularly. (She fit perfect, Norah and my kiddo LIGHT UP when they see each other!) The kennel is clean and very well managed. If it were me, I'd be playing with puppies all day long, but it is obvious the care and time Jana puts in. I highly HIGHLY recommend the good work they're doing over there.. and PS, they offer kenneling and grooming services as well! I know where our sweet Norah Bones will be when I have to head out of town!

The owner took care of my dog very well. Was very friendly. I lost my wallet so, she still let me get my dog and paid for her care when I got home. She was very understanding. I will be returning!!!

I can’t say enough about New Beginnings! Jana helped me adopt my best friend, Bear and was very pleasant to work with! She still keeps in touch and loves our updates! I can tell the shelter is experienced, compassionate and dedicated by my experience. Thank you for all that you do!! It’s been 3 years and I still recommend them to everyone I know! They also have transportation available, Bear was shipped across the country to me in 3 days! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Jana is awesome. She kept our German Shepard some time ago. I would recommend her to anyone. Your pet won't get better care anywhere else. She's top notch!!

New Bark is an awesome place to bring your animals just south of town. Our dogs love it! There's a great chance you will be greeted by a goat named Lucy! All kinds of animals out there!
