If I could give less than a star.. I would. I called about the onboarding process and to check if there was an available spot for my child. The woman on the phone was unprofessional, rude, and quick to rush me off the phone before answering all my questions and concerns. I thought this facility would have been a good fit for my family but evidently I guess not.

My daughter and son have been going here since they were babies. I wouldn’t want it any other way!! They have treated my kids like if it was their own child. My kids are now 3 and 4 and are so advanced with their learning, I couldn’t be more proud! Just knowing that they are getting what is needed is such a blessing! As full time working parents that is important to know your kids are safe and love where they are! The teachers and directors and even the owner are so pleasant to deal with, that I am forever grateful for them!! Hands down best place ever!!

Called to check if there was an available spot for my child. Woman who answered seemed rude and immediately shut down my request. Didn’t offer to take my information for a wait list or even ask more details about the care we would need. The whole conversation was 20 seconds then she disconnected the call. I thought this would have been a good fit for my family but based off of my short interaction on the phone….not so sure that they will be loving to my child.

My daughter has been here since she was 6 months. She is about to be 3 now, I love the fact that I can go to work and have a nice peace of mind that my daughter is well taken care of. My daughter loves it there as well as the teachers I always feel so welcomed everyday I pick her up as well as drop her off. I would recommend this daycare to anyone !

I like that the check in/check out system is secure, I like knowing my daughter is safe and not just anyone can pick her up. My daughter likes her teachers very much however the "older kid room" carpet smells so bad it smacks you in the face as soon as you get near that area. My only real complaint is that if and when there's an issue with my daughter they wait days, sometimes weeks to bring it to my attention. Still, I would recommend.
