Nook North Daycare

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Nook Daycare over the past 7 months. Our son has been well cared for, and the teachers are incredibly supportive and attentive. We especially want to thank Ms. Fushawnda, Ms. Adilene, and Ms. Josie for all the love and care they’ve given him. The frequent photo updates and timely communication gave us great peace of mind. It’s clear the staff genuinely care about each child’s growth, happiness, and well-being. We’re so sad to be leaving—and so is our son, who made his very first friend at Nook. We’ll truly miss all the sweet moments shared there.

Our son has been enrolled at The Nook North Daycare since January and words cannot express how appreciative and happy we are with the care and service the entire staff provides. Ms. Fushwanda, Ms. Britne, Ms. Josie, and Ms. Aid always go out of their way to care for our son and have helped guide us, as new parents. We love the constant communication, updates, call outs and videos/pictures - which help get us through the day - especially being away from our son for so long. We love the diverse activities they provide and how engaged they keep the children. We were nervous about starting daycare and didn't know what to expect but The Nook North have ease our worry and really made us feel comfortable. Ms. Fushwanda, Ms. Britne, Ms. Josie, and Ms. Aid thanks for who each of you are and for what you have become to our son and family. Highly Recommend The Nook North Daycare - if they have spots open, no need to look elsewhere!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Nook North! From day one, the entire team has shown an incredible level of care, communication, and dedication to our son’s development. Director Fushawnda runs an amazing program, and her warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire center. Our son’s main teachers, Josie and Britne, go above and beyond every day, not only providing a nurturing environment but also helping him work toward important milestones and bringing up any concerns thoughtfully and appropriately. Adilene, who works with the older classroom, has also been fantastic, and it’s clear that every teacher here truly cares. One of the things we love most is the excellent communication. They post tons of pictures daily, keeping us updated on our son’s activities and progress, which gives us so much peace of mind. We feel incredibly grateful to have found the Nook North. Our son has been going to Nook North Daycare since January. We feel so fortunate to have found them! From the very beginning, Ms. Fushwanda, Ms Britne, Ms Josie, Me Adi and the whole team have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. The small class sizes were a big draw for us, and they really do make a difference—every teacher knows our son so well, from his quirks to his cues, and that kind of attention is rare. He’s grown so much since starting here—not just socially and developmentally, but also emotionally. The mix of activities they offer (sensory play, yoga, music, art—you name it!) keeps him curious and engaged every day. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into how they structure the day. We also love getting updates and photos through Brightwheel—it makes being away from him during the day a little easier. But what means the most to us is how much the staff truly care. They celebrate his little wins with us, and it genuinely feels like they’re rooting for him to thrive.
