Where do I even start?! This is the absolute best daycare I’ve inquired about. I have 3 children that go here. And each one of my kids are so excited to see there teachers and friends! My kids learn so much and are open to new varieties of things(food, learning, sharing, etc) I have a 3 (almost 4) year old daughter in the prek class and she comes home with so much art work and new knowledge daily! She tells me how the teachers are so nice and they help her with the potty and anything she needs. I also have an autistic 2 year old son. He’s in the toddler class and let me tell you, his teacher is one of my favorite. She personally takes an interest in him and helps him. And as a mom that makes me so happy. She’s willing to listen to what the therapist are recommending and willing to work with the therapist to make sure my son has what he needs. And I also have a 11m old boy in the infant room. He’s been with them since he was 2 months old and these 3 teachers are amazing. Helped him learn to do tummy time, sit up, crawl, eat new foods and much more. The relationship my son has with his teachers is absolutely amazing. He smiles so big when he sees each of them. This staff never has a bad attitude never is rude. They are so sweet. The office management is amazing too. My daughter loves to go in the office and hangout with them at pick up and drop off and they are so sweet to her. Not only that, I was experiencing something for the first time as a mom of 3 and they gave me great guidance on what I can try. I really really recommend KinderCare as I have had zero unresolved issues with them. They really put the children 1st and foremost. And honestly as a parent, what more could I ask for

Our kiddos have been enrolled at KinderCare in North Richland since 2019. Both children have been enrolled since they were infants, and they have been in the infant, toddler, Discovery, Preschool, and Pre-K programs. While sometimes the communications in the past from upper management were frustrating, and there were some difficult closures to navigate, I have always had excellent communication with the staff in the classroom and any face to face conversations with the staff onsite. Any concerns I have had I have received immediate resolve when I have spoken to staff. The staff are personable, polite, and inviting. Our children are excited to go "to school" and interact with their friends, try new activities, and learn, and their excitement and comfortability with the center matters to me. Edit: I wanted to update this review from last year. Since the review there has been a turnover in management in the front office, and I am very happy with the changes I have seen in the centre. There have been improvements in communications, new and exciting center activities like book fair, and just a pleasant atmosphere all around. Still five stars, but my concerns with upper management are no longer.

My child started in the infant room at 8 months and has now been there about a month and a half, and I am really happy with our experience. The facility and the infant room are always very clean. The staff that works with the infants are very nice and post tons of updates, videos, and photos throughout the day on their app. I think my child genuinely has fun there during the day. The office staff was very easy to communicate with during the enrollment process and got us a tour, registration, and orientation before we started. Whenever I have sent an email or message through the app it has always been responded to nicely and promptly. Update after a few months: I am even more in love with the staff and the experience my daughter has gotten in the infant/toddler room. Everyday they have a new learning topic that is shared with parents in the app and fun activities like sensory bins, touch and feel books, story time. It saddens me to see the negative reviews on here because childcare in the Tri Cities is hard to come by and this facility really works hard to provide a clean, fun, educational environment. I still highly recommend this facility for any parents who are looking for infant care.
