My son first and last day was 6/23/2025. My son is 3 years old so he was put into the Preschool 1 class room. I dropped him off yesterday morning and I decided to come back before I went to work just to peep in on him in his new class. I came back to the school a little bit after 10:30. As I am looking through the window to his classroom. My son was standing at a table playing with animals and toys with a group of kids sitting at the table … I see the teacher take my son arm and quickly moved him to a table by himself and quickly sat him down at the seat alone. That really alarmed me and before I went into the classroom to confront the teacher something told me to stand there longer. I see the teacher come back to that same table and dump a plastic bin full of toys out on the same table the kids are sitting at and the toys went everywhere, the toys could’ve hit one of them. When she dumbed the toys onto the table she took the bin and HIT THE LITTLE GIRL THAT WAS SITTING AT THE TABLE ON HER HEAD WITH THE BIN and as she did that I could see she said something to the girl!!! I IMMEDIATELY RAN TO THE ROOM AND WENT BALLISTICS! The teacher at first was trying to calm me down and then as I’m telling her what I witnessed she did that’s when she denied everything! I immediately grabbed my sons things and removed him from that classroom. OCEANA DOESN'T HAVE CAMERAS IN THEIR CLASSROOM AND I PRAY THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO NO ONE ELSE KIDS! I WILL ALWAYS SPEAK UP FOR AN INNOCENT BABY AND CHILD EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT MY OWN! THEY CAN NOT DEFEND THEMSELVES SO I WILL! I got in contact with the director from the school which I pray and hope the right measurements are being taken because there’s no telling what other child has been the victim to this unsafe crazy lady that they have working at OCEANA Kindercare !

Ms. Amanda T has been so incredible to our baby boy since we put him in daycare at 8 months as he has been in the best care with her and the team. She communicates and listens to our concerns and addresses them promptly. We couldn’t be happier with her and the care our son is receiving! Thank you so much!!!

My daughter couldn’t be happier than she has been the last few months at Oceana Place. The staff is so kind and truly cares about each child and their well being. You’re always looped in and informed, and as a parent you want to have that open upfront communication especially when it comes to your child. They always make the day fun while being educational and when your 3 year old asks to go to school every day, including weekend, you know it’s a great fit. Thank you to the entire staff for caring for these kids as you would your own. We’re so happy here and you would be too.

I LOVE Oceana Place Kindercare! The directors and teachers are respectful, kind, patient, and understanding. The application process was very simple and they took their time to answer all of my questions and clear any concerns that I had. My daughter Ava always ended the day happy and well taken care of. The staff treated her as if she was one of their own and truly have a welcoming, family oriented environment. They are the best! You would not be disappointed bringing your little one here.

This was my first full day daycare experience and although very nervous, I could not be happier! First of admin is AMAZING! They are always trying to help out. If it not from stepping into classrooms to help to simply making sure the kids enjoy everyday they are there. I have two little ones who attend here. My 8 month son who has been in the infant program since he was 4 months gives his teachers the biggest smile and be about to fly out of my arms at drop off to get to them! He has reached so many milestone with the help of the amazing infant teachers. My 2 y/o daughter has completely done a 180 since starting! She was barely putting together sentences and now my little girl is a full blown chatterbox! Potty training has been a breeze and it is all thanks to her amazing teachers. & I cannot leave out all the other staff members! Everyone at this center makes everything run together so smoothly. This center definitely gave us that "feels like home" vibe we wanted for our kids. From the amazing meals to the holiday celebration. I could not be happier or say thank you enough :)
