We loved this daycare! Jessica provided us with pictures and updates during the day, and she was always quick to respond to my texts. She is so friendly, and our kiddo loved spending the day with her. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a small home environment.

Jessica is very kind, empathetic and an excellent communicator. As a person, she is 5 stars. As a daycare provider, my experience was not so great. The program is very inflexible, and for me, that just doesn't work. You have to drop off by 9, and if you can't, or you are running late, no daycare that day. My rate was $800 per kiddo, and I have 2, but for the last week of the month I started, I somehow had to pay $700, or $350 per kid, so those numbers didn't add up. If your child is sick, you must wait 48 hours from when ALL symptoms subsided before returning to daycare. If your kid has a runny nose, have to stay home. You also have to give 30 days notice of when you're going to disenroll, or apparently she'll sue you, according to the contract. However, the contract states you'll also receive 30 days notice when she has an appointment that requires you to pick your kid up early, or not come at all (for the 6 weeks I was at this daycare, there were 3). My experience was that's not necessarily the case; you might get a week or 2 notice. And obviously, as with any home daycare, if she or her kids get sick, daycare is closed, and again, until at least 48 hours after symptoms have resolved. This was my first experience with a daycare, so maybe some of my observations are just the norm for in-home daycare, but having shopped around at this point, some of these issues, which ended up being very impactful for me, are not something I should have to worry about.
If you don't absolutely NEED daycare, or are in a place in your life where its easy to pivot if you can't drop your kids off, then Jessica is really great.
