I had to pull my children from this facility because another older child was hurting them under the supervision of the staff. I tried multiple times to resolve this issue and eventually was told the other child had a right to be there and would not be removed.
Even though I removed my children due to safety concerns, the facility refused to refund me my security deposit as though I was going to allow my children to be physically harmed for an additional two weeks.
Interestingly enough I happened to see the daycare provider when I was picking my children up from school and said older child was having an incident where they were unable to regulate their emotions and the childcare provider was not able to get a handle on the situation.
Witnessing this exchange validated my decision that removing my children was the best decision for our family.
Edit: my children were newly seven and four years old at the time and this other child is at minimum 5 feet tall. These incidents were not minor and resulted in my children crying. One incident resulted in having to take my child to the ER because of the lack of supervision. Hopefully this center will stop making excuses and make some changes before someone’s child is seriously hurt. Taking accountability and making sure that all children are safe is a much better option than arguing with parents.
Even though the facility has removed me from the app, I still have screenshots of all of our communications, which I will be more than happy to provide to anyone who would like to review them.
It is very disappointing that the staff does not hold themselves to a higher standard of seriousness with providing childcare, because aside from the one child who they refused to monitor or acknowledge, was hurting other children, the program overall was a good one. But not worth the risk of my children being hurt.

We used Olympik just for "back-up care" for a week while our primary daycare is closed for in-service and honestly have fallen in love with the place. Its by far the most well organized daycare we've used. The teachers are attentive. The admin is incredibly nice. The facilities are large, clean, and have plenty of great play spaces. It's in the hart of Chinatown which is a lovely commute. Our little 18 month old seems eager to go every single morning that it surprised us how fast she became comfortable there.
If this location was a little more convenient to our daily commutes, we wouldn't hesitate to enroll our daughter there.
THANK YOU for making this week so smooth and wonderful for us!

It was our first time in Philadelphia, was a bit worried if I would find a good backup care for my daughter and Olympik Tots came through for us. She stayed for two days and absolutely loved it, I didn’t worry one bit… Thank you to her teachers and Ms.Mae. God bless you all.

It's coincident that I met the six infants in their cart pushed by care givers from Olympik Tots on street the first time. Later on I found the place which is right in Chinatown where I get groceries every week! I just like Olympik Tots for no reason but with ALL reasons!
Ms. May and Ms. Winnie are awesome!! the best!!!
They DO care and smile a lot at infants/toddlers. As you know, there're image nerves in little ones head. When you smile at them, they smile back to you. Nemo Class at Olympik Tots is not only a place for infants/toddlers to learn basic rules and sharing, but also for them to have fun and make friends. The first time you enter Nemo Class with a bird's eye view: the floor matts, the car, the table games, the small door and even a comfy sofa at the corner. I saw two 2-year-old were talking privately when sitting on it... so very cute!!!
I like their clean rules:
Wearing masks;
Taking shoes off;
Washing hands right after check in and again before check out.
I like their "ChildPilot" app:
You know what your baby is doing even though you are not there, such as: when they eat, nap, potty, snack and even going out for a walk....
I like the most is to see the photos they sent. Thanks!
I'm back in New York now. I still can see my little happy baby!
The biggest surprise was that Landon, my one year old grandson went to Ms. Winnie on his 3rd day in the morning. He used to hold me and his parents tight, no one else. Or to be exact occasionally only. What I told Ms. Winnie was that she had the magic to attract the little one, what we called 缘分/魅力! I know little Landon loves Ms. Winnie, Ms. May and toddlers in Nemo Class though he doesn't know how to talk yet. However, you can tell from his action/behavior.
I wrote a nursery rhymes(儿歌) to prepare Landon to be in this so called "school" few months earlier by singing repeatedly to this baby boy at home or going out for a walk, as follows:
苹果街后面有个甜甜街*
甜甜街上有个甜甜屋**
甜甜屋里有好多甜豆豆***
小毛毛要去交朋友
一起吃饭饭儿
一起睡觉觉
一起玩儿游戏
一起拉臭臭...... 哈哈哈哈哈
The last five words said slowly and in a low voice. Then we both laugh each and every time...
Sweet Street* Behind Apple Street
Sweet House** On Sweet Street
Lots Sweet Peas*** In Sweet House
Little Boy Wants To Make Friends
Eating Together
Napping Together
Playing Together
Pooping Together Hahahahaha.....
I'm so very appreciate that Ms. May and Ms. Winnie made little Landon's transition from home to school so smooth and beautiful! Landon almost felt nothing. Not only that, I think Landon likes to go to Nemo Class to be loved by Ms. May, Ms. Winnie and play with all his little friends. I highly recommend Olympik Tots to ALL who want to send your loved little ones to be in a safe and happy environment with all kind, helpful and happy manager and staffs!
Again sincerely thanks from bottom of my heart to Ms. May, Ms. Winnie and all who I can't name them but helped little Landon!
Best Regards!

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Olympik Tots! The teachers care for the children like they are family. They are so warm and nurturing. Our son has learned and grown so much in a few short months! By far the best childcare in the city!!
