On Command 2

We recently took a cruise to Alaska for 10 days. A friend recommended On Command for boarding our two senior retrievers. They took very good care of our pups and made sure they got their medications. If you need to board your pets I would definitely recommend On Command!

Lacey is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, patient, and does an exceptional job with our 3 Tollers. Our dogs see her regularly, and they always leave looking beautifully groomed and happy. Lacey takes the time to care for each one individually, ensuring they have a comfortable and positive experience every visit.

The receptionist and owner are very courteous, professional and they take the time to explain what type of haircut and grooming would be best for my Shihtzu, Charlie. I have been very pleased with the groomer’s outcome for Charlie! Charlie looks great! He’s very happy too! ❤️😊

I’m a first time customer of On Command. We brought our two Portuguese Water dogs in for grooming. The staff was welcoming and kind. The place was spotless and didn’t smell of dog like so many other facilities do. They did exactly what I asked of them. My pups came out beautifully groomed. It was obvious they put a lot of time and effort into making my dogs look and feel fabulous. They seemed relaxed and not overly stressed by the experience. I feel confident giving On Command 5 stars and will refer others to the business.

If I could give On Command 100 stars, I absolutely would! We had a family emergency and needed last-minute care for our two dogs. Even though they were fully booked for the weekend, they went above and beyond to make room for our pups, Rocky and Fluffy, for a few days. The staff at On Command was incredibly kind, accommodating, and compassionate during a very stressful time. I truly cannot thank them enough. A heartfelt thank you to CiCi and the entire team at On Command — your kindness meant the world to us!
