Options Early Childhood Center

Poor service we delt with Christina of options early childhood center we paid 600.00 upfront for her to hold a spot for my son who’s 2 1/2 years old she agreed to that then we had just reached back out to check on his start date make sure everything was ok Christina tells my wife that she filled his spot told us to find a new daycare an she would give us money back this is great service for people who work with the public as a business owner I wouldn’t think to tell my clients to go somewhere else

My 11-month old had a wonderful experience at Options! The staff are very caring and attentive and he was always excited to arrive for the day and always had a big smile when I showed up to pick him up. The facilities are very spacious with lots of outdoor space, highly recommend for little ones!

My daughters and I absolutely love this daycare! When my youngest first started she had trouble separating from me. Christina and her staff were so patient, supportive and comforting! My daughter got over her separation anxiety in no time!!! Staff always informs me about how their day went and texts throughout the day when needed! This place is so much more than childcare; children experience fun creative ways to learn in a safe environment, all while gaining friendships! I highly recommend!

My son is excited to go and doesn’t want to leave. Happy to have found a place closer to home as I was previously driving 45 min out of the way (one way) for child care daily. It was important for me to find a daycare that I was comfortable with so I am happy we found Options Early.

This school is unsafe and sketchy. They only take cash, don’t provide proper receipts, and they kicked out my not even 2 year old foster child for biting another kid when they were told she bites. The other kid was white and mine isn’t, which I certainly suspect was part of that. Plus, they notified me last minute by a text message, so I ended up losing my job because i suddenly had no childcare. My older child was coming home with bruises and stories about being hit by his “friends.” Now Cristina is suddenly messaging me months later that I owe her money when she refused to go through Westchester DSS or even provide the signed paperwork they needed to provide payments or reimbursement. It’s just not worth the hassle or the money. My kids have both excelled drastically since leaving Options and attending a better school.
