My son has been attending Orem KinderCare since he was just 6 weeks old (he’s now 5 months), and I couldn’t be more thankful for the care he receives. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly personal, warm, and attentive — it truly feels like a second home for him. What stands out the most is the connection he has with his teachers. He lights up when he hears Ms Baileys name, and seeing how happy and comfortable he is in their care gives me so much peace of mind. I’ve even had the chance to stop in during my lunch breaks, and I’ve witnessed firsthand how genuine and loving their connection is with all the babies. It’s not just my son — every child there is cared for with so much patience and heart. Since Robin has stepped in as director, things have felt even more organized. Monthly updates have been consistently put out on time, and it’s clear that communication and structure have improved across the board. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been addressed immediately and professionally, which I truly appreciate as a parent. Communication overall is friendly and consistent — I’m always kept in the loop and never have to wonder how my son’s day went. They go out of their way to make parents feel included and informed. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive, and trustworthy environment for their little one.

VERY HONEST REVIEW FOR PARENTS CONSIDERING THIS DAYCARE. This daycare is a mess and I feel robbed and guilty for bringing my daughter here. After a great experience at another daycare I really realized just how awful this experience was. I took my daughter for not even 5 hours in total over a month and it cost me about $900. They don’t refund you even if your experience was terrible. My daughter is 2 years old and the teachers always have a kid in time out which I don’t agree with however experts say the time should be equivalent to the child’s age, which means it should be 2 min max. It definitely is not. They yell at the children so much, and very rudely. I’m not sure if they were just understaffed and stressed or had too many kids to watch but that treatment is disgusting. I would’ve thrown hands with the teacher if they yelled at my daughter like that. (Who even knows if they did) my daughter was nervous with her teacher and some of the kids are too. They’re not caring or understanding at all, which you would think that they would find qualified teachers for this specific age. Everytime I dropped her off or picked her up there were kids crying and teachers yelling at them to stop crying. I’m horrified and extremely disappointed. After speaking with the person in charge of the daycares in the area they said my experience was terrible and they’d see about getting me a refund. They have not reached back out once. I never got my code even tho I reached out multiple times and they had no excuse. My daughter’s diapers were NEVER changed. I’d drop her off with one brand (a different one that I provided them) and she’d come back with the same one even though a diaper change was logged. When I told them I wasn’t returning my daughter and I’d like to pick up her items they took half the box of diapers but her wipes were never opened which I explains her rashes since she’s very sensitive to different wipes. I now struggle with mom guilt for taking my daughter here and although I tried to only bring her during my job interviews, I lost so much money, nearly $900. Every promise they made was broken and they’re nice when they know you’re around. It’s when they don’t know you’re there that their true behavior shows. IF YOUR KID IS TWO do not bring them here. And if you do, make sure you pick them up before 4:30 bc then they mix all the classes together and have children from 1 with kids up to 7. It’s not okay and this place is very deceiving.

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my child receives here. The staff is attentive, nurturing, and always goes above and beyond to ensure the kids are happy and engaged. My 1 year old enjoys his time here and has shown remarkable progress in his social and educational development. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with fun activities that keep him excited to come back every day. Thank you for providing such a positive and supportive space for my family!

I absolutely love KinderCare! Not only am I a parent but I’m also a teacher and I’m so happy that I can feel confident to come to a place that I love and know that my child is happy and being well taken care of by her teachers. Since being here I’ve noticed my child is learning so much and so quickly and it makes me feel better knowing that she enjoys being here and gets an amazing education all at once! I completely recommend kindercare as a career and as an education for everyone.

I found KinderCare when I was looking for a new daycare because the last one I had my son at was awful I was very unsure and uncomfortable about sending him somewhere else but when I came and toured Marie put my mind at ease very fast you can tell there staff truly cares about the kids and there development I love how they follow a curriculum and keep you informed of what your kids are learning throughout the month. My son has been here for 3 months now and I love it for him and I know he’s safe and happy with the staff I highly recommend KinderCare for your kids it’s such a fun loving environment with teachers who go above and beyond for the kids
