i would like to thank each and everyone you for all that you all have done for me in the year i have been going there. i never figured that i would enjoy excersing,but i do and have. im glad that i came. I have made a lot of freinds with staff and members. thank you for making my experise so amazing.

The best time to go is during the day before 3 pm. That is when the older folk have their classes. You are more likely to be able to use bench-press/chest-press/deadlift, etc. Without having to wait.

It has become evident that the recreational facility in question operates under management that demonstrably deviates from the expected standards of a public-serving institution dedicated to health and well-being. A significant point of contention is the persistent use of discordant music — specifically hip-hop, rock and roll, and heavy metal — through the facility's loudspeakers. This practice not only disrupts the peaceful environment that members seek for personal recreation but also forces individuals to dangerously elevate the volume of their personal listening devices to mitigate the invasive external noise. Such an approach reflects a clear disregard for creating a harmonious and considerate atmosphere conducive to the diverse preferences of its patrons. Furthermore, the establishment exhibits a disturbing lack of commitment to fundamental operational principles, particularly regarding cleanliness, safety, and the prohibition of illicit substances. Numerous accounts highlight a pervasive uncleanliness within the facility, including malodorous locker rooms, inadequate ventilation, and substandard maintenance. More critically, the presence of ashtrays near the main entrance, adjacent to a childcare facility, underscores a perplexing tolerance for tobacco products and other drug paraphernalia on the premises of what purports to be a health and fitness center. This, coupled with reports of staff members engaging in disruptive and intrusive "welfare checks" in areas such as the steam and sauna rooms, raises serious concerns about the facility's dedication to member safety and overall well-being. The reported demanding and punitive demeanor of staff, who allegedly require overt acknowledgment and compliance from members, further exacerbates an already unwelcoming and potentially hostile environment, suggesting a fundamental misalignment with the principles of service and community engagement.

The entire place is great. Nice workout room and equipment. The staff is knowledgeable. Nice pool area for the children
