Our Shepherd Child Care

Not the safest center! The motto is "we meet children where they're at" but that only excuses them putting children in rooms thay are not developmentally appropriate in. Children going home bruised because they can't climb away themselves though every other body in the room is moving. Age does not equate to skills. You can see the danger in that, but it was my actual experience. 4 other staff members have agreed to this so it's not just one staff member being disorderly. They try to use the intimidation method to get you to do what they want or ask that you leave until you speak with the board. I was happy to leave and told them I would not be returning, the board would not be necessary. I don't think they thought I was qualified enough to have a new position the next day, but here we are. A director is greatly needed here. The staff managing now is not competent enough to be in the roles they are. An office administrator never belongs telling a teacher what their job is. Stay within your own qualifications and know your own role. You are failing your staff management, DO BETTER!

SO happy we chose Our Shepherd for our now 1 year old. All of the teachers have been phenomenal with our baby - Miss Angela, Miss Melissa, Miss Tina have all been amazing. Great communication, great care of our little one and love all the activities they do!

Frustrating child care location that looks for opportunities to not provide care services yet still charge you for services. Teachers are spectacular and trustworthy but administration/front office is not reliable and lacks communication.

Excellent place to go if you have a child of any age. There are many teachers who are loving and caring... It is one the best places for children to be.
