Parkdale Preschool & Daycare

We have been taking our son here since he was 3 months old. I enjoy the updates through the “Procare app” and crafts they do with the infants. The staff is friendly and kind. He gets great care here while we are at work and it’s conveniently located to our house. He gets offered food while he is there which is a huge help! The only downfall is the facility could use some updates but they keep it clean!

Best decision I could have made for my grandson. He has made so much progress since starting out there. He already knows his ABCs and Numbers and is learning his colors. The stuff is great there and they really work well together with you and your child. I love how they send home daily reports to let you know how well your child is doing in school. I feel that this school will preparing him for the future.

My 1 year old son has been with Parkdale for all of 5 months and it has been the WORST experience I have ever had with daycare. The staff was rude when i would pick my son up, he would have dried snot all over his face and cloths, constant diaper rashes that he had never had before and I would bring in the prescribed cream and they would not use it or just let him sit in his diaper, they never have enough staff. My child had gone home twice with bruises that none of the staff or owner can explain. They have cameras but its a joke, it only plays 1 hour at a time and takes an hour to load! It is ridiculous, they're rude to military and NACCRA families. Don't bother sending your children here, you're going to pay more for terrible childcare or they will have your paperwork come back wrong. I have had plenty of times where I paid for my 2 weeks and they added extra "fees" or tuition that i had already been paid. Stay away from Parkdale private school. do not settle for here your child will NOT be safe

This daycare is okay. My daughter did have fun here and enjoyed going. She also made alot of friends. I didn't keep her in it because i got a different job and it was a long drive. It wasnt drive worthy. They kept losing her things could never find them because even though they were labeled, they would send them home with other kids. And i really thought she would learn more than she did because it's labeled a preschool.

My daughter attended Parkdale when she was 2-4. She is going to graduate this June(a year early ☺️) Thank you Mrs Faulkner and Mr Faulkner Rip ❤️(staff) for everything.
