The staff! From the moment you walk in all the way to your classroom, everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly. The ladies at the front desk and the chef always say hi and make conversation, no matter how busy they are. My daughter’s teachers are exceptional! They’re so kind and have been so accommodating to us. It has been a difficult transition for my daughter and I but everyone at the school made us feel so welcome and at home. My daughter’s academics have improved so much as well as her social skills while being here. I love that the school has cameras and sends photos, as a full time working mom it’s hard to be away from my daughter so much but this puts me at ease knowing I can check in and make sure she’s ok. I highly recommend this school! I wish we had longer here but off to kindergarten!

I love this school. My three-year-old daughter, Autumn, has been attending since she was 6 months old. We have moved, and I still refuse to change her school. I love that you provide secure entry, videos and picture updates, and all of the friendly staff there. I would recommend this school to anyone. The best part is that you accept CAPS so we are able to attend here and get the best quality. Thank you.

The owner of this school is awful. I was dropping my kid off at school when I Witnessed a family going off and talking to a teacher disrespectful. I’m a teacher of the county. Regardless of this being child care no one should be treated this way. This is why people don’t want to teach anymore. The only one to comfort that teacher was Annita the director. The owner of this school should be ashamed to allow this to happen to their teachers. I want to say thank you for Annita for comforting that teacher we need more of you in this world. As for the owner of this school you don’t deserve your teachers.

My daughter has attended this daycare for about 6 months. We have gone through a few daycares in the area and nothing compares to this daycare. My daughter likes coming everyday, and she seems happy once I pick her up. She loves Ms Tabatha. I have recommended this school to some of my coworkers because we are truly happy with this school.

Everything about this place is great! The teachers are amazing, and the staff is just as wonderful. My son initially attended a different school, but within a week, he lost interest and would cry every day going to and coming from school. However, at Parker Chase, he started enjoying school, his teachers, and his routine within just 3-4 days. The care he received made all the difference. Now, every morning, he goes in smiling and comes back the same way. We receive regular updates on his meals, activities, and progress. We’re so grateful that he was able to attend Parker Chase at West Oaks for his Pre-K.
