Pathways Learning Academy at Ballston Quarter

We chose Pathways Learning Academy for our daughter, and we do not regret that. She loves going to daycare, we've seen significant development in her speech. We get updates on every week activity summary. The teachers team and Director are all very skilled, professional and caring with the kids, which makes it all easier. Anjalie, the Director, is very good on communicating with us all the last moment or future changes. She is also so good with all the kids and so humble, our daughter runs to her office to see her :). Highly recommend this school.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this daycare for our son. The program is engaging, fun, and thoughtfully designed to support toddlers’ development in a meaningful way. The administrative staff are efficient, understanding, and always helpful whenever we have questions or need support. The teachers are truly wonderful—our son absolutely adores Ms. J and talks about her all the time! It’s clear that she, along with all the other teachers, are not only responsible and kind, but genuinely love working with children. Their warmth and dedication really shine through every day. The school principal is compassionate, approachable, and incredibly reasonable—she’s easy to talk to and clearly cares deeply about both the children and their families. Another aspect we truly value is the full camera access during school hours, which gives us peace of mind and helps us stay connected to our child’s day. This school has exceeded our expectations, and we’re so grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive community.

My son joined pathways at 15 months old. As much as I'd love to have kept my little one with me, this economy won't allow it and Mommy had to get back to work. Part of my getting back to work was actually joining the Pathways team and working as a Preschool teacher. I experienced first hand how nurturing and creative the staff are. The children and families add to the overall warmth of the Pathways community. Although I no longer work at Pathways I made it a point to work relatively close to the daycare because I did not want to uproot my son from the community he's grown to know and trust. I've recommended Pathways to families who are looking for childcare.

Pathways Daycare has been a wonderful experience for our family. Both of my children, ages 2 and 5, attended, and I couldn’t have asked for a better environment for their care and development. From the very beginning, I felt confident that my kids were in safe, loving hands. The staff at Pathways are incredibly attentive and nurturing, creating a space where children feel secure and valued. I was especially impressed with how they tailored activities to each age group—my toddler enjoyed plenty of age-appropriate play, while my 5-year-old was challenged and engaged with fun, educational experiences that supported school readiness. Beyond the learning, my kids had so much fun! Every day was filled with creativity, exploration, and joy. They often came home excited to share what they had done, whether it was a new song, an art project, or something they learned about the world around them. I’m grateful for the care and dedication the team at Pathways shows every day. It’s a rare gift to find a place where your children are both happy and growing—and Pathways delivers that in every way. My daughter started a year ago. We chose Pathway Academy because of Ms. Anjali. She is very understanding, nurturing and my daughter loves her. The teachers are very patient and passionate. Ms. Joana was the first teacher my daughter had and we developed a good relation with her. My daughter still loves Ms. Joana. Now she has different teachers but they are all caring, loving and knowledgeable.
