Peek N Play Childcare Center

Today I had to pick my daughter up from here, this is the second time in 2 years she’s had an accident but she’s been potty trained for several months. No issue asking to go potty in the car, at home, or in the potty in her room… When I called them after I got her home I was more furious that they didn’t bother to clean her up in the 20mins it took me to pick her up. Steadman is incredibly unprofessional and never knows what’s going on in the class rooms, when he asked one of the “teachers” if Rowan needed anything she said diapers but we’ve been past diapers for 6month or so… Over the phone he kept wanting to dismiss and talk around the issues instead of offering any solutions. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them, it seems they are never properly staffed to care for all the kids there. Luckily my daughter was going to age out of here anyway. I was told not to bring her back which in either case I wouldn’t be comfortable with her going there anymore.

As my baby is getting older and time is winding down at her daycare. I can’t help but reflect on how much she has grown and how much Peek N Play has fostered her growth! My babygirl didn’t start daycare until she was almost 2! Peek N Play helped her transition beautifully. The staff and admin support people are seriously top tier! They have been supportive of our family and Karma through our struggles with getting her acclimated at the center from being only with family. Some days I couldn’t walk out the door without her chasing me. She now has a set routine, great friends, and has built connections with adults that she can now trust! They have intentionally poured into her as she is smart, creative, and confident! Thank you Miss Kerifa and Steadman and all the staff for taking such good care of my baby girl. She will get a break for summer then, OFF TO PRESCHOOL 🤍🩷

I have 3 children that attend this daycare my oldest has been with Peek n Play almost 2 years and he's never been happy to go to daycare but he absolutely LOVES this place he runs to the door and doesn't want to leave some days, they are so kind and caring to my children it's super hard to trust anyone with your children especially when they're young and can't talk but I feel at ease/peace when I drop my kids off every morning they've helped them grow a lot with their learning activities. Every holiday they do something special for the children. 10/10 I will forever recommend this place even when my children are gone.

I have been sending my children to this daycare for a year, and i am more than joyed with their performance over the last 365 days. Not only has peak and play helped me with potty train my oldest child they have even helped me practice walking with my youngest. Form making my children feel special on their birthdays, to buying each and every child of the daycare Christmas gifts, and celebrating other holidays. We have felt like family since the first day we walked into this facility. Peak and play is hands down my favorite daycare in the roanoke valley I would highly recommend this daycare to all my family, friends, and coworkers.

The is the most wonderful daycare I have ever come across. I tried many different places for my son for daycare and peek n play and their staff took my son in like he was one of their own. They are the nicest people, and I have noticed my son grow and develop quicker than most children his age. The way that they teach children things through the different activities that they do is amazing. I love the staff and how they make you feel like a part of their family. My son loves this daycare so much he can't wait to get out of the car and go in and he hates to leave at the end of the day.
