PELA Kids

MR Bailey is not very accommodating as well as not knowing how to speak to parents correctly! Started when we first tried to enroll my son when he hung up on me while trying to speak to him. On multiple occasions! He talks over you, and is very condescending when speaking to parents! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with my child! Not to mention some of the staff pulling my child by his arm to get him to go up stairs! That was never rectified! I would not recommend this place at all! So parents be careful with your kids! There is zero professionalism at this place!

Positive experience! My son attended PELA for 3 years before moving onto Kindergarten! The staff does a good job meeting the kids needs and preparing them for the next stage in their life. Now, parents looking to enroll, you too have to step up and be responsible to follow the administrations instructions on homework. My son left at 5 reading on a 2nd grade level. Knowing how to write his name. And soo much more! The school does a great job by the kids!!! I recommend them! But, parents you have to your job at home too. Great school for the area!

LOVE this center. LOVE the staff. LOVE the owners. Due to COVID I had to send my two oldest children here because Mr Bailey couldn’t have summer camp at their actual school in Darby. The staff remembered my name the FIRST day which BLEW my mind. If my job didn’t offer me a raise to stay, I would definitely want to work here! My kids somewhat complained about centers they would go to if I wasn’t working there & NEVER have they complained about this staff & the food is EVERYTHING! The owners are very understanding of my circumstances, especially with the distance I have to travel. And don’t even get me started on the energy! The center, staff, & owners are so welcoming! I wish I lived in Chester so all three of my kids could go here! SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!

I enrolled my 2 year old and my 6 month old. the very first day, they knew my children by name, an area was prepared for them. The Owner gave me a tour and ensured me the health and safety of my babies. He was kind and confident in the services. The director took the time to meet with me to go over my 2 year old's skills. This was a first! I am completely and utterly satisfied! Highly recommend this LEARNING Center!!!!!

Just wanted to put a good review out. Since starting my toddler at the daycare he has improved in several areas. The staff is friendly and engaging, and direct. Thank you for your services and parents needing a healthier environment for your child- check PELA out.
