Pencil Palace

Where do I start Pencil Palace has been nothing but a blessing to me and my family my son has been attending The Lords Palace which is what I call it, since he was 6 months old and he is now 5 years old and recently graduated from Pencil Palace Preschool, they have have done such a great job with my son from the nurturing and learning aspect of it. They are very clean and have everything in order.The staff and teachers at Pencil Palace are amazing and very patient. Thank you Pencil Palace for all the great memories throughout all these years. You are greatly appreciated!

I had a bad experience with daycare providers in the past and I was afraid to send my daughter to daycare. I was referred to Pencil Palace, and I am happy I was able to trust the judgement of the referring parent. My daughter is excited as I pull up to the school which is a great sign of comfort. She is greeted by her name and is praised as she walks in the door. I love the fact that you have to sign your child in and out, and if they feel you're not authorized to pick up, they check. I feel like they allow my daughter to grow and learn a head of her age. I recommend Pencil Palace.

Chontel and Tracey are THE BEST!! Hands down and if they leave so will my child. Chontel is so in tuned with these kids it’s amazing and my 3 year old is a head full but she is comfortable here and she loves going everyday. Every time I have a concern Chontel is right on it immediately and that’s what I appreciate most. She is one of my favorites. My baby will be attending pencil palace until she starts school full time long as these two are on the team!! Thank you Chontel and Tracey!!! And everyone at the Pencil Palace! And special thanks to Mr.Mike he greets us EVERY DAY with a smile!

My son loved Ms. Sheila. He attached to her the first day. Unfortunately her class was full which is the reason why the score is 4 star. Their preschool classes fill up so quick and if they are not in preschool, they are in daycare. Their facility was always clean and organized as you see in my pictures. They had breakfast every morning. Accommodated for my son dietary needs everyday. They had lunch, morning snack and afternoon snack. We left because of COVID but the distance was becoming too much which is the reason why we didn't go back. We miss them very much. ❤

I give one star to the director but that lady Sheila I would never leave my child with! Very unprofessional and very rude.. I was so disappointed to see toddlers and infants in the same room! It was messy and dirty! Whoever leaves their children there I am praying for you all.. I know as a parent you have to do what you must but that woman shouldn’t be working with children at all! I got a really bad vibe from that woman like my inner sense wasn’t feeling her at all!
