Penfield KinderCare

Our family has had an great experience at KinderCare over the past year. Our child is part of Ms. Jakayla's and Mr. JJ's class, who are both incredibly caring teachers. They've created a warm, fun, and engaging space where the kids are excited to learn and play every day. The curriculum is thoughtful and hands-on, and we appreciate the daily updates with photos, videos, and notes. We often notice our child coming home with new found independence, skills, and vocabulary. The front office staff—Marrie, Amanda, Lindsay, and Amy—are always friendly, responsive, and clearly loved by the kids (we’ve seen whole classrooms run to hug them!). Not only do they manage the day-to-day schedule, but they have occasionally organized after school activities (e.g., Trunk-or-treat, after hours childcare "parents-night-out", on-site field trips) that are above and beyond a normal daycare routine.

My son & i absolutely loveeee Ms.Des! She is always attentive & so patient with him. Her smile is contagious and she is so so kind. Her personality is fun and she is very good at what she does. She has gotten my shy son out of his shell and now before we walk in I ask him if he’s ready to see Ms Des & he says yes! Love her & love KinderCare!!

I have nothing but great things to say about the teachers in PSA ,Mr. Wayne, Ms. Sarah D and Ms. Brittany. They have shown nothing but love and compassion to my child and i never doubt the care and education they provide for her each day. My daughter truly loves them. They are always so kind and gentle when talking to me about the rougher days my daughter has and ALWAYS makes sure they tell me positive things as well. I have never felt more safe and comfortable leaving my child with anyone other than family and for that i am forever grateful. 🫶🏽

My two youngest son's go here and are adored by the staff and administration. Ms. Sara V and Ms. Teresa in Toddler C go above and beyond with love and care, my youngest has learned so much in their classroom! My other son is in Ms. Lindsay, Ms. Amanda and Ms. Sara M's multiage class and while it can be chaotic with 18 - 3 and 4 year olds in there the 3 of them handle it with patience, understanding and a calm demeanor that is refreshing - they are a powerhouse together and the kids love them! They both have so much fun and my multiager can't wait for soccer shots to start which is an added benefit while enrolled at Kindercare.

Ms.Des is amazing!! She is always willing to comfort my daughter at drop off when I leave. As a parent it makes me feel comforted that my daughter is with someone so sweet and calms my daughter so well! Ms. Sara works with my oldest and is so sweet! She always has something helpful to say. My daughter enjoys being in her care and talks about her on the weekends, and when we pull up to school she starts saying her name and can’t wait to see her! I can’t say enough amazing things about Ms.Elaine! She works with my younger daughter and is so caring and my daughter has flourished since being in her care! Ms. Gracie works with my youngest as well and is so kind and sweet! She always has the sweetest/kindest things to say about my little one when I pick up. Amanda and Marrie in the office are also amazing!!!! They are so helpful and kind! Whenever I have called or talked to them about something they make it so easy for me no matter what it is! You won’t be sorry you picked Penfield Kindercare with such kind, caring, lovely people to take care of your kid!
