Playtime Daycare

I had 3 of my children enrolled in this daycare when they were around the ages of 4–6. I never had an issue. Everything was clean and my children were well taken care of and had a lot of fun. The best part was the food she fed them. They loved the rice and beans and sliced apples. No complaints at all.

I have known the owner of this daycare since 2005. She has always worked with special needs children and I trust her with the care of my kids. Her patience and love for my children and others is remarkable. You do not see that often in a person. I do not trust alot of people with my kids but I do trust her and I know my kids are in great hands with her. Before she had this location, my kids even attended her head start program! Mrs Paula is an amazing woman! She truly is one of a kind!!!

My daughter was 1yrs old when I enrolled her in playtime daycare and she is 3 now. Mrs. Paula the director, treats every child as if they where her own. I have never had any issues or complaints of the received for the care of my children. after a year, I then enrolled my son because how grateful I was and the care provided there by ms. Paula and all her staff. I feelenlighten because the director is very family oriented and the children are treated very nicely and are well taken care off. my mother use to take care of my daughter and after enrolling her at playtime daycare, my mother recommends everyone to bring their children here. she was taken cared for as if she was with her grandmother, my children are very safe and secure here, nothing like what I am reading below. My children are currently still attending the daycare after 2 years. The facility is very secured. Every one must be buzzed into the building and provide us to pick up their child. Especially, their meals. The are freshly cooked everyday, and the children are well fed. Overall, my opinion is that Mrs. Paula is very professional and is very integrated with the community. She loves helping the community and accommodating To all the parents schedules and situations.

I am a mother of 3 children and are in playtime daycare for 3 years now, and thanks to God that even people that more than a business is by vocation its delivery to every child who is in the best daycare gives Allentown, where they educate the children to have discipline, respect, and with a curriculum in learning in both languages, and the place is totally clean and with a rich and healthy food, thanks Mrs Paula and all the daycare team for their unconditional delivery that does not have a price . I feel blessed to find them and every day I go quiet to my work because I know that my children have the best care. My children love being with you. thank you very much and God bless each member of the team.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. She closes the center whenever she feels like it. Gives parents little to no notice as to when the center will be closed, forcing parents to call off work or go in late. Still charging parents the same weekly rate after closing on numerous of occasions. When I approached her about closing with no notice, she came off very rude and disrespectful. She complains when the kids are out of school because she's stuck with them all day. She plays favoritism with the children. She called my 10 year old daughter ugly and dumb, under NO circumstances a adult especially a daycare staff should speak to a child this way. I pick up my children everyday at 4pm and I have to sit in the lobby until 4:45pm and sometimes even 5pm for my children to get released to me. This is very exhausting for a parent who wants to get home as soon as possible. Also on 35 degree weather, my children are out in the back playing. It's the middle of winter, no children should be thrown in the back like dogs. When I approached her son (a daycare staff) he was also rude. Save the backyard time for summer, spring, and fall. This daycare seemed great when I first walked in and got a tour but it's not what it appears to be. I hope my review was helpful and you can save yourselves the hassle of enrolling your children.
