Absolutely the best daycare around. The owners are so caring, there has never been a single issue and I trust them to be an extension of myself. So grateful to have this resource in Chatham. Thank you to all the teachers and the owners! Don’t know what we would do without you.

if i could give this daycare zero stars i would. they are absolutely horrible. there are a few great employees there but the administration and higher up staff is horrid. they don’t care about you or your child/children, they don’t care if they get sick, they don’t care what you want for your kids. they treat staff like they are nothing, the bosses/administration themselves talk bad about the employees working there, fire people without reason and even over the phone for that matter. they wait all the way until it’s time for DCFS to come to clean all the rooms, rugs, finish employees files which consist of the necessary vaccinations you need to have to be around small children, a physical, and tb test. etc. but none of that is important until DCFS decides to come. floors hardly get washed, teachers there practically slam your kid on the floor if they are in trouble (time out). i watched someone slam a kid down and she hit her head really hard on a wooden organizer, the office did nothing. i witness a teacher push a child, teachers talk down to kids and favor others, i’ve even watched a kid hit his head extremely hard on the ground and the teachers did nothing and never told the parents. not only that, they lie to parents about the day they had. they have never the child best interest in mind. they don’t wash toys, they let children use other children’s pacifier and bottles. teacher and other child care providers are constantly on their phones not paying attention to kids. the sippy cups they pass out at lunch are so disgusting i had to bring my own sippy cup for my daughter. these kids are not watched. a child has been purposely hit in the head with a cot and one of the bosses said to just lie and put on the accident report that it was an accident and that he ran into it. the teacher refused so her boss did it for her. there are also suppose to be so many teachers per kids in a room and that rule is never followed which eventually led to an injury. the teachers continuously leave the room to go to other rooms to mess around because administration doesn’t care. the children were on the playground with two teachers and one left. while she was gone a kid fell and hit his mouth on the white pipe surrounding the playground and busted all of his teether out/breaking them, resulting in him having to go get all his top teeth removed. they had the two teachers go out to the insurance company and lie and say they were both actually out there when it happened (when they weren’t both out there) so the daycare didn’t get in trouble. the list goes on. so from there, you can decide if you want your kid in that environment. that’s coming from someone that’s worked there and had my own child in the facility. they need to be shut down, regulations are hardly if that followed. there’s so much more.
