My child has been attending KinderCare for almost five months, and overall, my experience has been positive. The staff is kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with, which has made the transition to daycare much smoother. I fully trust them with my baby, and I appreciate the care they provide each day. A special shout-out to the teachers in the infant room. They have been instrumental in my baby’s development. From adjusting to bottle feeding and daytime naps to rolling over, interacting with other children, and beginning to sit up, their support has made a real difference. I’m happy with my decision to send my child to KinderCare and recommend it to parents looking for a supportive and nurturing environment.

It is clear that our son is thriving at Pocoshock KinderCare. Everyday he is greeted with smiles and love from all of the teachers. Leaving our son for the first time with someone other than family was extremely hard. But the director, Ms. Marsha eased our anxiety and made things much easier for us. We also LOVE the infant teachers. Unfortunately, due to Covid it’s been hard to connect with all the teachers. However, Ms. Pam has been able to greet us during most of our pick ups. She consistently makes our son feel loved and safe and provides us updates daily. Thats all a parent could ask for. We appreciate her!!!

The director is always receptive to our questions and works with us! The staff are friendly and really seem to care about our child! She has learned so much since starting at this center and continues to flourish especially with added activities such as the music learning program. The center provides opportunities for family involvement through the year and has great communication through the KinderCare app! -Justin and Sarah

I feel so at ease knowing my baby is in a place where she is save, well cared for and loved. My baby has been at Pocoshock KinderCare since she was 10 weeks, she has learned so much there. Ms Shuntell and Ms. Coutney have been so good to my baby. My baby seems genuinely happy every morning when I drop her off. I recommend this center 100%.

We have had a very positive experience sending our baby boy to this KinderCare location. He has been attending since the age of 3 months and as any parent will know its pretty stressful dropping your little one off the first time especially at such a young age. The facility has been great at working with us on things such as cloth dippers and his feeding schedule. He's developing very quickly while here and gets to interact with a great group of diverse kids. Most importantly though the staff in the infant/toddler area is super caring and genuinely love our boy. He's 8 months old now and has a huge smile on his face every time we drop him off and he sees Ms. Pam, Ms. Shalessa, Ms. Shuntell, Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Charlene. I can imagine it can be a tough and trying job but the years of experience each caretaker has speaks volumes about their dedication to the kids here. A big thank you to the group for everything that they do!
