We feel so lucky to have found Precious Cargo for our child! Christina, the director, is always on top of things and really makes sure everything runs smoothly. It is such a warm and welcoming environment it really feels like a family. My little one is in the Dino class with Taylor and our child talks about her nonstop! We absolutely love all the activities. And the photos we get each day. Highly recommend this place to any parent!

We have been with Precious Cargo for a few years now, and it is incredible to see how much the center has grown and thrived during that time, even through a pandemic. From updating the building to bringing on even more amazing staff, Heather and her team have done a fantastic job continuing to improve in every way possible. The quality of care and attention our kids receive on a daily basis goes above and beyond. This truly is the BEST childcare in all of Salem.

I was so impressed with the team at Precious Cargo. From day one, the staff were nothing but professional and welcoming. My child was in the infant room, and I loved that the staff were mindful of safety policies and ensured that everything was done properly, from feeding to nap time. They communicated frequently, and I always knew what was happening during the day through Brightwheel. I loved receiving photos and updates— it made me feel like I was part of my baby’s day, even when I couldn’t be there. I trusted them completely and couldn’t have been happier with the level of care my baby received. Since moving away, we miss the wonderful staff and the amazing environment they created. If we ever had the chance to return, we would in a heartbeat.
