I debated whether or not to write this review, but ultimately, I decided to share my experience to prevent others from going through what I did with this childcare facility. My child attended this daycare for just over three months before I finally withdrew them. First and foremost, the professionalism of the "directors" is non-existent. The way they communicate with parents is entirely unprofessional, particularly Tamara and her sister Tara. They could greatly benefit from etiquette classes. My child was in the infant 2 class, not even 18 months old, and I felt they called me for every minor issue, forcing me to leave work repeatedly. When I arrived at the daycare, there was often nothing wrong with my child. This constant disruption put my job at risk, and Tamara's only explanation was that the teacher in that class was "old school." Dropping off my child each morning filled me with guilt because it was clear he didn’t like it there. The atmosphere was toxic and negative, and I know my child sensed that energy. Despite my attempts to remain hopeful, things never improved. Tamara's tactics and attitude, combined with Tara's sarcastic comments about my child, were incredibly frustrating. The only positive aspect of this center was the teacher Jessica. She was amazing with the kids, and my baby adored her. She deserves a better work environment, and I hope she finds one soon.

My daughter has been at this daycare since she was 6 months old. The staff, especially the directors, are so responsive. The teachers are so compassionate and strive to ensure the children learn. They are also culturally sensitive. They celebrate all cultures and provide education to the children to promote cultural diversity. Precious Kargo Academy is by far the best daycare in the DFW. This daycare has also become family. Please, if you are looking to for a daycare for your child, look no further, PKA is the one!!!

It's been several years since my kids attended this daycare, but when they were there they loved it. They were there when Miss Tara was still running it out of her home and then transitioned into the facility that she is in now. She was always very nice and always showed genuine care and concern for the children.
