My son came here as a toddler, all I can say this is the best of the best care I have ever experienced. And when looking at different daycare’s this facility goes above and beyond from compared to the rest of the places I’ve seen. The teachers are wonderful! They focus on a secure attachment with your child so they are very attentive. My son has a wonderful behavior because of this. It is very clean, the security is excellent. And I felt super comfortable leaving my child here while going to work. They offer healthy meals and they even update you throughout the day of pictures of your child, nap times, what they ate, when they change their diaper what kind of diaper it was. And the activity’s they provide is overall just amazing and what my son got to experience with their summer days. The firemen and the police force coming to visit and show their fire truck and teach them things. Picture days, reptile days where they get to see turtles. And all of this is just located right there at the daycare. It’s amazing! I would recommend to anyone to choose this place for their child’s care.

I have had such a positive experience with Primes daycare. My 1st child joined over 3 years ago, and then my 2nd child joined when he was 6 weeks old and has been there about 2.5 years. The staff is super flexible, responsive, and understanding. My kids always come home happy and are happy to go back. On the off day that one of them is sad going the staff has always been extremely patient and comforting my child at drop off, making me feel reassured that the day will turn around for my child. The rooms are always clean, and age appropriate. They have lots food options onsite but also allow children to bring their own if preferred. The staff has always shown so much love for my kids and make them feel special. The ladies here have helped my kids learn so much from the basics (colors, shapes, letters, animals sounds) to things like the solar system, sea creatures, writing, safety/what to do in different emergency situations and they even helped potty train both of my kids. I also want to add, they really watch and pay attention the children. My son had a pretty scary experience but thankfully they noticed extremely quickly and were able to help him and prevent it from ending badly. We love primes daycare!

I've always had a good experience with Prime! The staff is friendly, loves the kids, and my kid loves them. Ms Brittany is fantastic, answered all my questions during the tour accurately and concisely, and is happy to answer more when I have them, along with being willing to help take care of kids when necessary, which some of my old directors wouldn't. They care about my children's safety, have an excellent security system with a security team posted right outside, and everyone is well trained in everything from basic sign language to infant CPR. They have everything I want in a daycare.

Don’t worry - the department of family services will show up at your home to tell you your kids are being inappropriately touched by the staff. Upper management provides no solutions to problems other than “oh we can sort it out”. the employees and the “director” are dramatic little girls. We were told not to bring our kids because management is terrible. We would be told about other children’s behavior issues, other parents personal lives. The amount of information that staff would word vomit seriously makes me sick thinking about. 👍🏼 If you love your babies and your privacy, find somewhere else to put them in daycare. The teacher turn around is extremely high, we had multiple teachers walk out in the middle of their shift while we were enrolled. The rooms that they promise to have your child in tend to be closed more often than not. And at the end of our time, they were out of ratio on at least one occasion on pick up and there were multiple drop off occasions that I had to wait to check in my infant. There were multiple reports about a very large four year old crushing my two year old by sitting on his back with my son’s face into the soft mats. According to a staff member they didn’t notice until my son had been screaming for over a minute. In all reality, the facility is beautiful, the security is astounding, the program curriculum is well implemented. My oldest child learned a lot and was treated well until he turned two, then he was shoved with the bigger kids would pick on him. But upon the loss of the original director, the toxic work environment showed its true colors, and the supervision of the children declined dramatically. In the end, removing them from that daycare has been the best thing for both of my children. They’re no longer showing aggressive behave crushed their milestones. And as much as I’d love to be able to recommend it, the inner management of the Prime Inc company will always force the good teachers and staff out. There’s a reason for one star reviews, but providing monthly requests for 5 star reviews along with incentives, makes this business look shady. Prior to withdrawing our children, we were not allowed to bring them for a month due to a stuffy nose or cough, which i understand, but when we notified the school we’d be withdrawing, not only did they charge us for the month we were not allowed to attend, they also charged us for two additional weeks for their withdrawal policy. 👍🏼

We love it. We are only parttimes but my older child will ask if she can go to daycare even when we are off. They don’t always have the max on children and therefore they have time for them individual. It’s very secure you need to swipe your card 4 times before you get in to the place. The place is very clean. The teachers care a lot about the kids and will always let you know if something out of the ordinary happens with your child, and keep you posted… They have a lot of turn overs on teachers but it seems like they always hire new people who are fitting the team nicely. I wouldn’t bring my child elsewhere.
