Primrose School of Amarillo Southwest

Primrose has been a breath of fresh air for us! My children are much more secure and comfortable going to Primrose than any other facility we've tried in the last four years. What a huge difference it makes to have consistent staff. My children have had no substitutes the entire time we've been there (about 4 months) and that consistency alone is a huge deal for my kids to have good days. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality childcare. Per my experience, the quality of care my children are receiving is head and shoulders above our past experiences.

Enrolling our child in Primrose was the best choice we ever made! Not only do they have qualified outstanding staff and teachers, a wonderful educational curriculum, and great playground facilities, they have a chef onsite who prepares nutritious meals daily. They provide constant updates throughout the day via the Procare app, including great pictures, videos, and summaries of our child's eating and napping. The staff and administrators are very responsive and are proactive when it comes to informing parents about any issues or sick kids. The environment is also very inclusive and diverse, and they teach and celebrate all different holidays and cultures, which is a big deal for a family of immigrants like ours. Our child also needed some serious adjustment time, and drop offs were particularly difficult, but the staff at Primrose were extremely patient and worked with us. We cannot say enough great things about Primrose - it has been a godsend for our two-working-parents family, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone with a young child!

This is our first time putting our son in daycare. He’s almost 2. We were obviously very worried and didn’t want to leave him with anyone, but this place has been so amazing and we’ve only been here a week. They’re constantly updating us about how he’s doing. The teachers in his class are so happy to see him in the morning (even though they know they’re about to have to deal with a grump for the next 30 minutes). We love it here!!!

Amazing and our son loves it. As a busy working mom it's nice to know he's in good hands. We love Primrose.

My children have been going to Primrose for two and a half years and I still say sending them there has been the best decision we ever made! The staff and teachers are amazing, I know my kids are in trusted and caring hands when I drop them off each day. The classrooms are so thoughtfully laid out with fun and educational activity centers. I’m able to see pictures of them throughout the day and discuss the activities they did while at school. I also love that the school provides nutritious meals and snacks that my kids actually eat! My kids have formed such great relationships with their teachers and made good friends in their classrooms, we absolutely love Primrose!
