Primrose School of Austin at Mueller

I absolutely loved sending my son here! The teachers and staff are so sweet and constantly update the app with cute pictures throughout the day. They serve actual healthy food and offer so many educational opportunities, even for the youngest kids. I felt 100% comfortable having my son here during the day as they alerted to the even the smallest scrape. You can't find a better place!

The people at Primrose are wonderful! They do such a great job of caring for our daughter and keeping us posted on updates through the day. Ms. Brenda, Ms. Nae, Ms. Chrissy, and Ms. Kay are fantastic and we are so grateful for everyone there. They also do an outstanding job of keeping the facility safe, secure, and clean. We couldn’t ask for a better daycare for our baby girl!

My two sons have been at Primrose Mueller since September 2024. We have loved it there. My son has some special medical needs and we feel like the staff has been super on top of his medication and making sure he is safe. Everyone knows their names and says hi. The other parents are super friendly and nice. I'm happy with the different types of food offered and quantity of snacks. We get a good amount of photo updates and both boys are happy at drop off. It's been a lovely experience and we are so glad we chose them!

Love, love, love this daycare! My baby has been here for a year now, starting in Infant 3 and moving up to Toddler 4, and we’ve had the best experience every step of the way. Every teacher is so loving and dedicated. My baby has never had a diaper rash, they follow our schedule perfectly, and I really appreciate that all the kids nap at the same time—it’s such a thoughtful routine. As a Latina, it means a lot to see diversity here. Many of the teachers speak Spanish, which is incredibly comforting even though the daycare isn’t officially bilingual. The classrooms are big and beautiful, the staff is amazing, and everyone knows my baby’s name. It’s clear that she’s surrounded by people who truly care about her. She’s also vegan, and we’ve never had a single issue with food. That alone speaks volumes. We came from a daycare where things were the total opposite—diaper rashes every day, skipped naps, missed bottles—and finding this place felt like such a blessing. The real-time updates and adorable photos make me feel so connected during the day. I drop her off every morning knowing she’s safe, happy, and loved. Couldn’t recommend it more!
