We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose Centerville! Three of our children have attended over the years, and we’ve loved everything about this school. The staff truly treats us like family, and we always feel welcomed and safe. Our kids have attended from age 3 all the way through 3rd grade, and even after they’ve aged out, they still ask to go back! The before and after-school programs are fantastic, and the summer programs are a highlight—with field trips and so many fun activities that keep our kids engaged and excited to learn. Primrose Centerville is a wonderful place, and we’re incredibly grateful for the warm, nurturing environment they provide!

I am very ashamed to admit that we had our child at this school. A one star rating isn’t even close to what this school deserves. It’s a shame to see that the franchise owners and leaders of the school are still able to operate under the Primrose name. It’s been a few months but I decided to post our story to make sure other parents were aware. I’m aware of multiple students that had similar experiences at this point and feel it’s right to inform other parents that want what is best for their children ❤️
Our 2.5 year old was moved to a class of 3.5- 4 year olds with expectations he received the 6-9 months of transition time that the other students received (the leaders said a transition class wasn’t available for him due to classroom size). Within weeks in the new class he was absolutely terrified to continue to try potty training at home and kept saying “teacher mean”. When we brought this up to the school leaders they shrugged us off completely and encouraged us to explore others schools if we weren’t happy there. We contacted the franchise owners and they said they trust their staff to handle all matters and their involvement wasn’t needed. We will never know what happened to our child but do know our child went from a happy child that loved school and moved to a child that was terrified to potty at home and cried daily when dropping him off for the last couple weeks that he was there.
When something doesn’t feel right always go with your gut! Our son is now at a new local school and is flourishing. They were amazing at accommodating him due to the experience that he had. Within 1 month of being at the new school his was potty trained! Sometimes you have to see the bad to know what you deserve - Primrose of Centerville’s lack of leadership was top notch on this one.

It is never easy being a working parent and entrusting anyone else for the care of your children. We are blessed to have less traditional schedules and we only need childcare MWF, but, we have never worried about our two (soon to be three) kids at Primrose. We know they are well cared for, have fun, learn, and prepare for Elementary school... and the teachers and staff seem to somehow know all the kids in the school and parents by name. If you shop around, Primrose might be a little more expensive than others, but, for working parents who feel apprehensive about childcare, in my opinion, Primrose is worth the peace of mind.

We love Primrose! Our daughter and son have both gone here and we haven’t had any issues in many years. Friendly staff and happy kids! 10/10 would recommend!

We only lasted here 2 months and moved to a different Primrose school. My son requires aids in the room daily. Neither one of his aids wanted to ever send their kids to daycare based on what they had to deal with here. I got to have eyes in the room, where many parents don't... don't be misled by the image they try to paint... it's a pretty one, and it's fake.
