Primrose School of Chapel Hill East

We’ve always felt genuinely welcomed at Primrose Chapel Hill East. As working parents, we’ve found them to be consistently reliable and supportive. The teachers go above and beyond—not only showing love and care for our children but also providing thoughtful, ongoing education. Our journey with Primrose began in the toddler room and has continued through the Explorers and after-school programs. Thanks to their strong academic foundation, our child was reading before kindergarten and entered grade school confident and well-prepared. The after-school shuttle is an incredibly convenient service for busy families. We’ve also appreciated the many opportunities to connect with other parents through fun events like Spring Fling, Trunk or Treat, and the Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations. We’ve seen consistent involvement from the franchise owners since day one, and the directors and assistant directors are approachable and quick to address any concerns. Their proactive approach to safety has stood out—especially during local security threats like the UNC campus lockdown. They communicated quickly and effectively and are always working to strengthen their security systems. The facility is always clean and hygienic, with extra precautions taken whenever seasonal illnesses arise. Most importantly, my kids feel safe and happy at school—and I feel confident dropping them off every day. We’re proud to be part of the Primrose CH East family and plan to stay as long as our kids are in need of childcare!

We absolutely love Primrose School of Chapel Hill East! Our daughter has been attending since January 2025 and the experience has been phenomenal thus far. Every day, our daughter comes home having learned something new, and it blows our minds. We are so happy for her developing social skills and the nutritious meals she receives. Activities are so awesome. We enjoy seeing the children participate in different holiday activities and cultural exploration. A HUGE shout out to the leadership of Aundria as Director. Her transparency, professionalism, and care for students are beyond admirable. She was one of the main reasons that we made the choice to enroll at CH East. Seeing her warm smile every morning as well as the other front desk leaders makes mornings easier and leaves us with confidence that our baby girl is well cared for and getting the best love and education.

We attended Primrose Chapel Hill East since my son was 1 and he graduated pre-k today! We have been through many classes and have always had incredible teachers along the way! From his early words to now spelling and reading sight words with no problem they have helped my son grow into the great kid he is today. I am so appreciative for this school, the staff and the owners who are always present and make a point to get to know every parent and student. THANK YOU!! The staff and teachers are very attentive and share updates constantly. The app the school uses is easy to navigate and the daily updates helps you see what your child does all day. The pictures and videos are an added bonus! Safety is their priority which makes us as parents feel at ease in today’s world. Our son is still at Primrose of CH East, and our daughter is now in kindergarten after attending Primrose of CH East since she was 2. What I immediately noticed as she started kindergarten was how prepared she was after Primrose, exceeding all grade level expectations from the start.

We are so happy with Primrose school of chapel hill east. Everyone who works there is so great from the teachers, aides, to the director, curriculum coach to the franchise owners. They really make the school feel like a community with all the special events and extra effort they put in to decorate the school for the holidays. We are so grateful to have our kids enrolled there. They are getting tons of stimulation and learning everyday.
