We joined Primrose in January of 2024 and could not be happier with the choice we made to join the Primrose family. We have always felt safe dropping our son off for the day with your staff and love that we can get updates throughout the day on how our son is doing and the activities that you all plan for the kids. Our favorite thing about Primrose during our time here has been the staff and how kind, warm, and accommodating they are to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about the Primrose School. Our son started here when he was 4 months old after a difficult month at another daycare. We have had such a great experience and are so thankful for all of the teachers and staff. Everyone is so welcoming and Ms. Jen and Ms. Carly truly care about each of the babies. They do everything they can to make sure they have the best days possible. If you’re looking for the peace of mind knowing your new baby is in the best care possible, the Primrose School is the answer!

We were at this school from the time it opened but when we recently had to move the transition left much to be desired. We experienced issues with miscommunicated dates, transition plans for our child, and utter chaos. To the point that I had to find new child care for a month when it was discussed months prior with the owner the dates we would need to be at our new school. The owner never returned my calls or requests to meet with her. The classroom we were in had several new teachers - due to burn out and general unhappiness along with i'm sure other legitimate reasons. The school management was not handled well. Several times I picked my daughter up to class full of kids, chaos and a teacher that clearly needed help. I stayed several times to help while my husband went and got the teacher help. everyday there was chocolate or some other sweet we had to walk by to leave and it was hard to explain to a child why they couldn't have it. other primrose schools only do this on Fridays. when the school opened we were assured the hours would be extended when help was found but this never happened.
The positive things are that the teachers care about the kids, and Ms. Savannah was a god send. They had great programs like soccer shots which our daughter loved, and did great events like other primrose schools for mothers/fathers day costume parades etc.
Ultimately, the chaos was just too much and the inability to communicate especially difficult conversations was incredible immature and frustrating as a parent.

Our daughter has been at Primrose since it opened, and we are so happy to be part of the Primrose family! We are greeted every morning with big smiles from staff and teachers, and our daughter is truly excited to go to school each day. We love hearing about all the activities and fun she has each week, and the photos we receive are our favorite part. It’s been great to see our daughter progress in speech, social interaction, etc., and Primrose has been a huge part of that. We feel very fortunate and appreciate the staff for all that they do!

We've been going here for almost 2 years. The staff is friendly & professional and the school is very clean. One of my favorite features is the separated age-appropriate playgrounds. And the little events they do for Holidays or food-drives really bring the families together!
