I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful experience my son has had at Primrose School of Lake Mary Heathrow. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth and positivity. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. The environment is bright, engaging, and filled with a variety of activities that stimulate creativity and learning. My son loves the hands-on learning experiences, from arts and crafts to outdoor play, and I’ve seen him grow in confidence and social skills since starting here. Communication is excellent— I receive regular updates about my son's progress and daily activities, which makes me feel connected and involved. The team is always open to feedback and suggestions, which shows their commitment to providing the best care possible. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about each child as if they were their own. I appreciate the emphasis on not just academic learning but also on building emotional intelligence and social skills. I feel so fortunate to have found Primrose, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for their child. Our son absolutely loves going to school. His teachers are family to us and we look forward to seeing his smiling face when we pick him up. They care for him with such attention to detail. We get daily updates on our son's development through the app and when we pick him up. From the first time touring the school, you can tell that the teachers and administration really love the kids. Its a great school! I look forward to seeing how my boy grows into the next classrooms!

Primrose lake Mary is such a great school! I feel safe leaving my kids there everyday and know that they are having a lot of fun and learning new things. The teachers are all great and loving to the kids. They are hard workers and have so much patience. All the staff is great at primrose and appreciate them so much! I love getting pictures of the kids and fun activities they have throughout the year.

We've been very lucky to be a part of the Primrose of Lake Mary Heathrow Family -- all three of our children attend. The facilities are pristine and the director runs a very tight ship. The staff really get to know your child and love them like their own. Everything about the Primrose experience is elevated and thoughtful from the wonderful menu developed and cooked onsite to the supplies that are fully taken care of by the school. As a parent, you want that feeling of making the right choice when you're walking out to your car after dropping off your entire heart and soul at a daycare. You get that feeling with Primrose -- that your child is in caring, trusted hands and that they will have the best day. My kids come home smiling and excited after each day, which tells you everything that you need to know. I hugely recommend. If you're on a waitlist, it's worth the wait.

Absolutely the best place to send your child! Everyone who works there takes pride in their job. Each teacher has truly made each of my children feel so so loved. Primrose will really become like your family. They only exhibit love and caring every single day. We have always felt so safe and confident sending our babies there (both of our girls attended primrose since they were infants and continue through 5th grade). Choosing Primrose has been one of the best decisions we have made for raising our girls. It goes beyond being childcare. Would recommend 100000000%!!! We LOVE Primrose Lake Mary 🫶🏻❤️🥰
