We are beyond grateful to the administrators and teachers at Primrose 12 South. From day one, everyone there has been extremely welcoming, kind, and supportive of our daughter and family. The staff is incredibly communicative and accommodating. Most importantly, our daughter loves her teacher and the whole team at Primrose and we always appreciate her teacher's feedback and insights (we love a Primrose Happy Gram!). During pickup/drop off, her class consistently seems happy and engaged with the children often hugging each other as they leave. Thank you, Primrose!

We've had an incredible experience at Primrose! As new parents, sending your baby to school can feel overwhelming, but the staff—especially the directors—have been absolutely amazing. They truly have your child’s best interest at heart. Ms. Bre, in particular, has been so supportive in helping our family adjust to all the changes that come with starting school. We wholeheartedly recommend this school to any family or friends!!

We have our child at Primrose and our experience has been wonderful. With childcare, it's literally impossible to reach the expectations of 100% of your customers as it should be. Nobody will ever love our children as much as we do. Has our daughter occasionally been in a different room? Yes. But, we have viewed that as a positive. Although rare, it allows her to improve social skills and learn some early life adaptability lessons. We choose to credit the staff for always trying to maximize the best situation for each child whereas they could easily just leave a child in their normal room that may not be ideal for the day. To their (Primrose staff) credit, I can speak to our experience with Cayce, Kayla, Jamie, and Miss Angel that they have sometimes even over-communicated whenever something like this occurs which is something we appreciate. I just think it's easy to look at that as a negative but in our child's experience, it has been a positive. As a small business owner, it's a 24/7 process to find and retain great staff. It's a National Issue that crosses all industries and turnover is an issue with any business. We have had the same teacher (Miss Angel) for well over a year and she has been a blessing. That speaks to the passion the instructors have and the culture of the organization. We have had the Admin (Cayce, Kayla, & Jamie) reach out on their personal time to communicate with us or check on our daughter when she was ill. Those kinds of things aren't common and need to be recognized. Bottom line, when it comes to your child, you want the peace of mind that when you drop them off they are in loving and caring hands. We feel fortunate to have our child at Primrose and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Primrose has been a great daycare for our young daughter. We’ve had the same teachers all year long, and they are so caring and loving. Our daughter lights up when she sees her teachers in the morning. The entire staff knows and loves all of the kids. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this daycare. My daughter attended for four months while I hoped things would improve, but unfortunately, they only got worse. The biggest issue is the complete lack of stimulation and engagement for the children. The teachers barely interact with them—most of the time, they are just left sitting on the floor with no activities, no talking, nothing to encourage their development. One day, I arrived for pickup right after nap time, and the lights were still off. One teacher was picking up the cots, while the other teacher—who was supposed to be supervising—was *asleep on the floor*. She didn’t even notice I had walked in to pick up my child. Given that the ratio for that age group is 2:12, this was beyond concerning. Drop-off was just as bad. The teachers never acknowledged us, not even with a simple “good morning.” My daughter had a very difficult transition and cried a lot, yet not once did a teacher show her any comfort, concern, or affection. Instead of welcoming her in the morning, they just sat on the floor, and I had to *physically approach them to ask if they could take my child* so I could leave. On one occasion, one teacher sat eating *Doritos at 8:30 AM in the classroom*, with an open bag of food on the floor where toddlers could easily reach it. The lack of meaningful activities was shocking. One day at pickup, I found the teacher simply sitting on a chair, playing an audiobook on speaker for the kids. *I could do that at home—I wasn’t paying $415 per week for this.* In the entire four months, I never saw them do any hands-on activities like painting, singing, or introducing new words. They were supposed to log activities and post pictures in the app, but this was rarely done. Teacher turnover was another huge problem. Every day, there was a different teacher who *didn’t even know my daughter’s name*. Worse, I witnessed teachers shouting at children when they took a toy or food from another child. This is not how a childcare environment should be. Although they claimed the children go outside daily, this wasn’t happening. On top of that, the *toddler classroom is in the basement, with **no windows, no ventilation, and no natural light*. The room smelled stale and felt unhygienic. My daughter cried most days at pickup, and no one ever made an effort to console her. When I asked a teacher why she was crying, she simply shrugged and said, *“I don’t know, probably because of a toy.”* If you’re responsible for young children, you should know what’s happening with them. I felt horrible leaving my daughter in this environment, and pulling her out was absolutely the right decision. She is now in a different daycare, and the difference is night and day. I regret every minute she spent at Primrose. *If you are considering this daycare, please think twice. Your child deserves better.*
