Our granddaughter has attended this Primrose location since she was one, she is now Pre-K, and ALL of her teachers have been wonderful. I'm not sure about these negative reviews, maybe others may have had a different experience, but I can't imagine any of the teachers or staff neglecting any of their kids. They are always warm and welcoming, and very playful and involved with the kids. The kids love them and hug them and our granddaughter even talks about her teachers all the time at home, in a very positive way. Yes, some teachers leave, that's life...some move, some finish up school and change career paths, some have kids and stay at home with them, that's not a reason to leave a negative review. The teachers and staff are awesome, that's the truth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing childcare.

We had a great experience at Primrose and found every member of the staff to be caring and knowledgeable in the care of our child. We left Primrose to go to a day care center closer to our home, but have nothing but positive things to say about this Primrose on Green Oaks. When we did have a question, the staff always took the time to talk through anything with us. We always got frequent updates and pictures throughout the day and felt that the teachers always had the best interests of our child in mind.

We started school at 12 months old following in home care and through this last year I have seen a tremendous amount of growth in our social and motor skills. My children run into school each day, so ready to learn and be with peers, and love their teachers dearly. We have enjoyed every minute of Primrose, the constant updates and communication is welcomed and all teachers know my children and their development. I recommend Green Oaks to everyone!

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They have an extremely high rate of turnover and issues. Staff members lying about incidents, and just the general basics of childcare being neglected. The time we have been at the school the room my child was in went through 6 "teachers" alone and just to give some insight this was less than a year of being at the school. Breakfast is not included in the tuition and if you want a half a slice of toast with a small slice of cheese on top (yes that's what they serve for breakfast) it's an extra $2 dollars for that. Milk is not kept in proper temperature safe containers if they are being served cereal for breakfast or during the lunch period. The classrooms will be over ratio and they have to send children to other rooms so they aren't in violation.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Our son was only there for a few months but in that brief time we experienced so many issues. The staff was communicating one thing and then saying something else days later. They have very small size rooms, which isn’t a huge thing but just not great considering the price. We found that they also had an inadequate amount of diaper changes and there was a day where we caught the toddler teacher at the time lying about how often changes were happening. The not so great quality food, which is apparently just standard across primrose schools (nothing is fresh everything is canned). Lastly, and the cherry on top was actually witnessing a staff member carry a 4 year old over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes because he was crying on his way in… Not to mention that even making a report to primrose as a whole didn’t do anything.. yeah that just says it all.
