Our son is three years and three month's. He was at a (supposedly) polished Montessori prior to us having him attend Primrose. At my son's previous place of education, he felt uneasy and was upset when he came home. At Primrose, things changed, and for the better - much better. The staff at Primrose took him under their wings and he is so much happier, more confident and is now regular in his potty training (and with verbal notification by him). Bottom line, it's the best thing we have done for our son. Thank you, Primrose Forest Creek!

I had my son enrolled at Primrose from 15 months to 34 months old. We were happy with the daycare during his time in the first and second classrooms with Ms. Alicia and Ms. Reagan. These two teachers truly cared about the kids in their classes. The front desk staff were always welcoming and greeted everyone with a smile. My son was happy every time I dropped him off in those classrooms.
However, things changed when he moved to the Early Preschool/Pathway classroom. The staff turnover in that room was extremely high—both for teachers and administrative staff. Within a short period, we saw new teachers come and go every 1–2 weeks. My son cried every day at drop-off. I could tell the teachers didn’t seem happy to be there. My son clearly didn’t connect with them, especially after his favorite teacher, Ms. Keisha, moved to another room. With the constant turnover, he never had the chance to bond with anyone—or maybe no one had the time to bond with him. Some of the floater teachers also didn’t seem approachable or friendly.
On top of that, the room constantly smelled like a restroom because the bathroom door was never closed, which I found very unpleasant.
We’ve since moved our son to another daycare. After touring several other centers, I realized Primrose has more days off than most, including several that aren’t even official holidays. Despite the frequent closures, they still charge higher tuition rates compared to other centers—and the rates increase every year. We had to pay for those extra days off anyway. When we once asked why they were closed for two additional days on top of the regular holidays, the response was, “We could have taken the whole week off, but we only do three days that week.” That forced me to take time off work to care for my son, all while still paying for days the school was closed—without any clear justification.
Additionally, there were multiple times when my son came home with scratches or bruises, and no one could tell me what had happened. I usually followed up the next day, but no one seemed to know. After dealing with this repeatedly, I decided it was best to move my son elsewhere.
In conclusion, it makes a big difference when teachers are genuinely happy to be there—it creates a much better environment for the kids. I believe Primrose has some serious issues with management that need to be addressed in order to reduce the high turnover rate. I’m not sure whether employees are quitting or being let go, but something clearly isn’t working.

Our daughter is two and has been through 3 daycare centers already since we have had to move for our jobs. We have noticed a significant change in her personality after she started going to Primrose. She started going to her class willingly from the third day onwards! We all love the positivity at this place and the teachers’ energy and enthusiasm makes it a pleasant experience for the kids and parents. We can tell that our daughter loves this place because she keeps taking to us about her teachers and friends, after she gets home 😊. They have an impressive curriculum, provide healthy meals and the detailed updates through the Procare app makes it easier for parents to keep track of their child’s learning and activities throughout the day. Not to mention that their potty training helped get our daughter off of daytime diapers quickly! The monthly Parents Night out is definitely a nice bonus and their Cookie Fridays are a family favorite 😀

We’ve had a fantastic experience with [Primrose- Forest Creek! From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and professional. They made the transition incredibly smooth for both us and our child.
We love Ms. Ashley, Ms. Yesee and Ms.Cindy! They are attentive, patient, and clearly passionate about working with kids. They provide regular updates, photos, and feedback, which gives us peace of mind throughout the day. Our child has not only felt safe and loved, but has also learned so much — from basic skills to social interaction.
Highly Recommend!

My son is 3.5 years old and has been attending the Preschool 2 class at Primrose Forest Creek for three months. I’m also a teacher at Primrose Forest Creek. Before this, my son attended a different school, but after working here, I realized how amazing this school truly is.
I really love the Balanced Learning approach. My son has learned so much from both his teachers and his friends. I also appreciate how the school keeps parents updated with lessons and activities, so we always know how our children are doing.
One of my son’s favorite things about school is the meals—they’re not only delicious but also healthy, which is so important for young kids.
