Primrose School of Saddle Rock

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible this Primrose truly is. From the owners and directors to every teacher, the level of care and dedication is beyond anything we could have hoped for. We were fortunate to have our son there from just 3 months old until nearly 3 years, and the only reason we left — May 2025 — was because of a move. Each of his teachers cared for him with so much love; even teachers from classrooms he hadn’t joined yet would stop to greet him in the hallway like he was one of their own. It’s clear that every staff member is genuinely invested in the well-being and development of the children. Like any parent, I was nervous on his first day—but the directors, Mrs. Roby and Mrs. Crystal, and his teachers, Judy and Leticia, quickly put me at ease. Their warmth, along with the daily updates, photos, and videos through their app, made all the difference. As our son transitioned through different classrooms, we were continuously impressed by the incredible teachers he had—Rachael, Raven, Sarah, and Aaliah. Each one played a meaningful role in his early growth and happiness. Saying goodbye to our Primrose family was incredibly hard for us and we miss them deeply. If you’re lucky enough to get a call saying a spot has opened—don’t hesitate. Take it. You won’t regret it.

As first-time parents, choosing Primrose School at Saddle Rock was one of the best decisions we've made. The staff’s warmth, care, and professionalism put us instantly at ease. Our child loves going every day, and we’ve seen amazing growth in confidence and development. The regular updates and personal attention make us feel supported and involved. Wonderful! It was our first week and I am beyond delighted already! We looked at three different schools and Primrose was, by far, the one that provided the most benefits. And we are so glad we chose Primrose! It was hard for me the first day but all the staff and her wonderful teachers quickly put me at ease. Ms. Kathleen knew just what to do that first day and made my daughter fit in flawlessly!! When I left the classroom, she was already part of the group! So happy to have both Ms. Kathleen and Ms. Maddy!! I received multiple messages and pictures throughout the day letting me know what my daughter was up to and how she was doing. Communication is excellent and I am so happy. They have multiple events happening for the kids to enjoy throughout the holidays and that makes it the more special. You can tell the owner and the director appreciate their teachers and that is so important. We couldn’t be any happier, so happy we picked Primrose for our little girl. 😊

We love this place! They are incredible at adapting and trying to make each class enjoyable of all of the children. If we had to do it all over again we would definitely choose Primrose Saddlerock.

We cannot thank Primrose School of Saddle Rock enough for the incredible experience our daughter has had since we made the move from the UK. From the very first day, the staff at Primrose have made us feel welcomed, supported, and reassured about the transition to a new school in a new country. Her dedication, patience, and care for our daughter have made all the difference. Moving to a new school can be overwhelming for a child, but Miss Kat's welcoming approach and understanding nature made our daughter feel right at home. She has created an environment where our daughter has not only thrived academically but also grown emotionally and socially. Miss Kat, we truly feel lucky to have found such a remarkable teacher.
