Primrose School of Shady Hollow

I truly appreciate how caring and dedicated the staff and teachers are. My daughter loves going to school every day. The teachers are nurturing and genuinely care about the children. The front office staff is always warm and welcoming, creating a consistently happy and positive environment. I highly recommend Primrose school- Shady Hollow.

We love Primrose of Shady Hollow! Our son has been enrolled since October 2023 and has excelled so much here. At 2.5, he surprises us every day with someone new he can say or do. He’s made the sweetest friendships with his classmates and the staff. Everyone makes him and us as parents feel really special. We’re so thankful to be part of this community.

We love Primrose Shady Hollow! Our younger son started at 2.5 years old, and it was his first daycare experience. The teachers were fantastic in helping him adjust to the major change in routine. He has made many friends and grown so much in the last year. When we ask him about the best part of his day, he always replies, "Going to school!" Our older son attends the summer explorers' program. He has a difficult time with new experiences and transitions, so he was very nervous about having a different teacher and friends than at his elementary school. In the weeks leading up to his first day, the staff would stop and talk to him when we picked up his little brother. They made him feel comfortable and welcomed before he even began. His first day at Primrose was the easiest first day he's had yet! His teachers are in tune with his needs, and he is beaming at pick-up every day. The facility is very clean and safe. The classrooms are well organized by age and development. The staff and teachers are warm, attentive, and positive. Daycare is expensive, but we can confidently say our money is very well spent at Primrose Shady Hollow! :o)

Over the past two years, our experience with Primrose Shady Hollow has been outstanding. The programs are well-structured and engaging. The teachers are incredibly sweet and nurturing, creating a warm environment. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with a strong focus on safety, puts parents at ease. Communication between the daycare and parents is effective and timely, keeping us well-informed. Overall, we highly recommend this daycare for its exceptional care and support.

Primrose has been such a great experience for us and our daughter. She lights up when we arrive there in the mornings and the teachers are all so wonderful. Ms. Diana and Ms. Alicia are amazing, as well as all the other Primrose people. Everyone is so lovely and makes Primrose feel like family.
