Primrose School of Urbandale

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Urbandale. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, the teachers are warm and attentive, and the entire staff—from the front office to the classrooms—makes you feel welcomed and supported. It’s clear that the team is genuinely invested in the children’s development and well-being. After moving our youngest from another daycare, the difference has been amazing. I now feel a true sense of peace knowing my children are in a safe, nurturing environment every day. The communication from the school is excellent, and I appreciate the structure and care that goes into every detail. We’re so happy to be part of the Primrose community!

My 19-month-old daughter has been attending Primrose Urbandale for a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. We have been so pleased with our experience at Primrose in Urbandale. We have tried in-home daycare and two different centers before finally finding exactly what we were looking for at Primrose. We finally feel like we are not settling and our children are getting the best care and early education in the area. The structure and curriculum are fantastic, the communication from teachers and staff is far superior than anything else we’ve experienced. We wanted a safe, clean, organized, involved, diverse, caring place for our children’s early years and I feel confident that we are in the right place.

We love Primrose in Urbandale. The teachers and staff are always so kind and inviting. The curriculum seems well thought out and engaging. The outdoor play area is a lot of fun for our child. And they have fun events and themed days to keep us all smiling.

Our daughter transitioned very easily to this preschool. I would say they have some great teachers and are very friendly. Tons of feedback about what the kids are doing that day including nap times and what they eat. Nice playground with the artificial grass is great so they don't get so dirty. No complaints!
