Primrose of West Little Rock is truly the best of the best! The personal attention and care provided by the teachers is unmatched. As working parents, we feel so connected to our child through the parent portal. We will be lifelong Primrose supporters!

I regret ever enrolling my son at this school. I was upfront about his condition, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), and they initially assured me that they were equipped to handle kids with special needs. I paid the $250 admission fee, and they promised to accommodate his nap schedule by keeping him for only half a day. Within just THREE DAYS, they kicked him out, claiming they were "discontinuing services." It was incredibly painful and heartbreaking to see them send my son out of the classroom, left wandering at the reception. My wife was shocked when she went to pick him up and witnessed this behavior. When I asked for a refund due to their discontinuation of services, they refused, stating that the annual fee is non-refundable. This school lacks professionalism and basic human empathy. Do not trust them with your child—enroll at your own risk.

Primrose is the best preschool i have ever seen in arkansas . the owner , the manager, the teachers are amazing and very carreful about your kid . i promise you will never find somewhere better for your kids !!! thank you again for the team .

We love the family culture and how welcoming all of the teachers are! Larissa made us feel right at home during our initial visit, and we loved the overall vibe compared to the other schools we had toured/visited. We loved that the teachers really want to be there and have been there for awhile - with little turn over, compared to the other schools! Safety was a big deal to us and knowing that the doors stay locked throughout the day, and the fact that all of the teachers + staff really get to know your child and their families - makes us feel so much more relaxed throughout the day knowing that our child is protected and safe. You can't put a dollar amount to that! Primrose is the place to be!

Absolutely love Primrose School. The facility is nice, clean, and organized. The staff is extremely communicative and professional. My daughter loves going to school every day. The playground is precious, and they take the children outside to play often. There are activities daily in the classroom. The best part is that all of the food is provided. Its healthy, delicious, and provides a lot of variety to the kids. Not to mention, I dont have to pack food every day! I truly feel like they love my child and want the best for her. Its all a parent could ask for.
