Quality Kids Care Center

I love bringing my daughter to this daycare. The staff is professional and very caring. My worries as a new mom are put to rest. My daughter loves her teachers. Her needs are provided for her, she’s learning to communicate and eager to learn. She’s reached every milestone as an infant and my husband and I are very pleased. The center is very clean and it feels like I’m bringing my daughter to her second home. I would definitely recommend parents. What I love most about this daycare is that they provide everything including transportation. Your child can be picked up and dropped off. It’s a great opportunity to assist parents in every aspects. I’m so thankful for quality kids care staff and owner, best decision we ever made.

My 8 month old baby was hospitalized and got pink eye from a staff member there. They tried to tell me it was just an air kiss, as if that makes it any better to kiss a baby! The staff have admitted that the teacher kisses kids without parent consent all the time. They were told by the baby’s mother not to do it again. I told them I don’t feel comfortable with the way they are enabling that staff member's behavior who kissed my baby. They laughed and said it’s PTSD. I felt uncomfortable with my baby continuing care there. They also didn’t even put in a two weeks' notice for my 4-year-old. They decided to remove her without a two-week notice. They get offended and take parent complaints personally, which shows the horrible communication with the parents. Very ghetto & disrespectful!

I would not recommend. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which made me feel uneasy about leaving my child in their care. There was a lack of communication from the caregivers, and when I raised concerns about my child's well-being, they were dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of respect for both the children and their parents was alarming, and I left feeling frustrated and worried about my child's experience there. I would advise others to look for a more caring and attentive daycare elsewhere.

Used to love this daycare for my family up until I had an emergency situation. While I was out due to being hospitalized after a DV situation,the director pulled my kid out and filled her spot immediatelyso she couldnt return. EVEN THOUGH i called and spoke to staff they lied to me saying she can go back to the daycare but when I called them to get her they Said they NO longer had room and continue to lie about it. They always hang up the phone when I call to ask about it. My daughter went through a heart break from being butted out as she was attending for almost 3 years. She felt abandoned by them. Wouldn't recommend this daycare anymore to anyone. Obviously they sweep things under the rug and lie in your face.

This daycare is terrible. They are unprofessional and do not allow parents to enter through the front door. It seems suspicious that they act like they are cleaning. Additionally, parents are not permitted to go into the classrooms, and they serve lunch to the children at 10 AM.
