My son was enrolled here for a year and six months. I’ve had so many complaints, which had to go up to the regional director. (In which he wasn’t the most caring either). This daycare put my child in danger a few times and I’ve given them grace because I know not every daycare is perfect, I’m a working mom that needs child care, and waiting lists are insane in Greenville. But the moment I found a good school, i immediately took my son out. The only reason I gave two stars is because most of teachers were great. But that Director, Bernadette! She is so unprofessional. I had to go off because she was responsible for my son being in danger and after that, she deliberately decided not to speak to me when she saw me drop off and pick up my son. I had to call her out on her rudeness. Just ghetto.
They can’t keep staff. They continued to inconvenience parents by calling them at 6am and telling us we can’t bring our kids to school because they’re short staffed. I’m so grateful I work from home. I feel bad for the parents that don’t. And they have the nerve not to credit you for the day THEY inconvenienced the parent! Teachers are quitting and parents are pulling their kids out faster than you can blink.
If you’re interested in enrolling here, take a few things into consideration: 1. If there’s availability, don’t be surprised. Be aware. Parents are taking their kids out left and right.
2. Have a back up plan, have a lot of vacation time or someone else to watch your child because they will tell you they can’t watch your child at the drop of a dime because they’re short staffed.
I wish you the best of luck on your childcare. I know it’s hard.

My grandkids have been going to this center for about two years and they have been absolutely amazing. The director, Ms. Kayla, is always there when we need her and the teachers are great!! They are keeping them safe from the virus by doing temperature checks at drop off every morning and not letting anyone come in the center. They are also helping my grandson with this new virtual learning. My family loves it here!!! Definitely recommend them!

I have searched and visited several daycares before decided on one that I felt comfortable putting my 7 month old in. After doing my tour and meeting the teachers seeing how attentive and loving they were with the baby’s. I knew then this was the center I was going with. I also had the pleasure of working with Mrs.Bernadette the center director and she was very helpful and informative.

This KinderCare really makes me feel like my child is safe and loved. They hold conversations, make you laugh and just all around great. I love that they keep me updated with photos almost daily and reports for that day. I really trust KinderCare with my daughter and this is how I love for a child care center to be. My daughter really love going to school and she loves her teacher. It’s just great knowing your child is in great hands when your handling adult life. ❤️

Ever heard that saying first impression means everything? Well each and every one of those staff welcome my two daughters in with open arms. First day doing a walk through you felt the genuine love from the Staff. Mrs. Robin was very helpful and it felt like we known each other for years. We just love her! And My five year old has fell in love with Mrs. Bernadette, she is such an amazing person. I mean the way she interacts with those kids is EVERYTHING. Right along with her personality! My 8 year old has really enjoyed being in Mr.Carmon class. He really is great with the kids also. Glad I made this decision when I did.
