My daughter absolutely love her time at the daycare. She’s reluctant to leave and bid farewell to her friends when we pick her up. Since joining the daycare for just a few months, she’s made remarkable progress. She’s learned a wealth of new words, including the names of her daycare friends. She’s also learned to eat and sleep independently. The daycare caters to a mixed age group, where older children take on the responsibility of caring for younger ones, while the younger ones learn to follow the older ones’ lead. The arts activities guided by the teachers are incredibly engaging, and the toy selection at the daycare is so extensive that our daughter has lost interest in toys at home (in a good way lol). The teachers are incredibly caring, friendly, detail-oriented, and experienced. They actively share photos with the parents in the group chat and promptly respond to our requests. I’ve highly recommended Elite Learning to my real-life acquaintances, and I can’t express my stronger endorsement.

We have had a wonderful experience at Redwood Shores Child Care & Bilingual Montessori Preschool. Our daughter has been attending since she was just 4 months old, and it’s hard to put into words how much this school has meant to our family. The teachers are warm, attentive, and truly invested in each child's growth and happiness. Under Catherine’s leadership, the school feels like a second home—caring, nurturing, and thoughtfully structured. The academic foundation is excellent (as much as you can say that about preschool!), and it’s been amazing to see how much our daughter has learned while still being encouraged to explore and enjoy childhood. Beyond academics, she has built strong friendships and blossomed socially, thanks to the loving environment the staff has created. We are so grateful for the care, education, and community Redwood Shores has given our family. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a place where their child will be both loved and challenged to grow.

We could not be more pleased with Catherine and all of the teachers at Redwood Shores. Our daughter began attending when she was 6 months old (now 2.5 years) and she has thrived. Her development has been wonderful, and she continues to amaze us everyday with how much she is learning. She has also been developing wonderful social skills which we largely attribute to the school. We could not recommend the school more :)

Our daughter has attended Elite Learning since 6 months old (now 13 months old). We are blessed to have Teacher Mimi (downstairs room), Catherine, and the whole Elite Learning team providing love and care for our precious daughter. Though she is our second-born, I was nervous about starting daycare and the the natural tears that come with transitions. Our teachers have comforted both our baby and us parents – and now looking back, I am so thankful for their wisdom and experiences. The daycare is conveniently and safely located within RWS for ease of commute; pick-up/drop-off times are conducive to working parents; the facility is clean, organized, and well-run with years of experience; communication is clear with daily texts and multiple photos; flexibility with all the unpredictabilities that come with raising little ones (runny nose/colds, early pick-up, food pickiness, bottle transitions). I am especially thankful for Teacher Mimi, who our daughter has been so attached to. She has truly felt like a “grandma” figure for us. She has taught our daughter so many skills (drinking from sips cup, clapping, standing, now few steps of walking!) and she dotes on her with many kisses and cuddles. Though we speak English and Japanese at home, she has also started to respond to Mandarin words! We are grateful to have found supportive, loving care within our RWS community.

As a parent, one of the hardest things I've had to do is leave my little Aron at daycare for the first time. The fear and uncertainty of being apart were overwhelming, but choosing this daycare turned out to be the best decision for us. From the very beginning, Aron adapted so well, quickly growing to love his time there—a testament to the nurturing environment they provide. One of the highlights of this daycare is Teacher Mimi. Aron adores her, and it’s clear she reciprocates that affection. Her warmth and caring nature shine through in everything she does. She is not just a teacher to the kids; she's a part of their lives. Her constant updates and engagement, even outside of daycare hours, reassure us that Aron is more than just looked after—he is truly cared for. For instance, when Aron had a few scratches on his arm, Mimi reached out over the weekend to check on him, reflecting her genuine concern and dedication. I am incredibly pleased with the level of communication from the daycare. It has made the transition so much easier for both Aron and me. Often, he is so engaged and happy that he doesn’t want to leave when I come to pick him up!
