River Valley Montessori of Bloomington

We have been with RVM for two years (preschool age) and are so impressed with the teachers and staff. They work hard to encourage each kid with their own strengths. The facility is clean and professionally run, and the communication is clear and frequent. I love that they send pictures on the app of what my kid is up to each day so I can feel more connected to his day.

We've been at RVM for 5 years and truly feel that each of my three kids are better because of the care they've received. Each of the rooms (infant, toddler and children's house) have staff that are professional, nurturing, patient, and genuinely invested in every child's well-being and development. I appreciate the transparent communication and the personal attention each child receives. It's clear that RVM Bloomington goes above and beyond to create a warm, educational, and loving atmosphere. I would recommend them to any parent looking for exceptional childcare.

This River valley Bloomington Montessori school is not welcoming to people of color. The teachers are unprofessional and display racist behavior. If you are a person of color, I strongly advise against choosing this school as your first option, especially if your children are not used to staying with anyone other than their parents. My daughter and son were not treated well, th3 teachers were not even ready to receive us on day 1.

Our son has been at RVM Bloomington for 5.5 years, since he was 12 weeks old. He's grown up here, learning to to walk, learning the alphabet, shapes, sizes, lifecycles... He made all his friends at RVM. Now that we're moving to kindergarten, we're sad to leave but THANKFUL for our time here and for his teachers, especially Ms. Yasmin, who's been with him for the last 3 years, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Komal… and there are many others! We're very happy with our decision to send our son to RVM!

I highly recommend River Valley Montessori for your child care needs!! At River Valley they truly go above and beyond. They make sure to get to know your individual child’s personality and this really allows them to grow to the best of their full potential. As a parent we are always kept in the loop with daily communication, weekly curriculum and they do a great job at creating a positive and true ‘Montessori’ learning style. 10/10 Recommend!!
