The people here are incredibly kind and patient. They accepted our 2 foster kids into their school immediately and have provided extra love and care to help them adjust. The prices are reasonable and their flexible drop off and pick up times along with 24/7 hours are absolutely amazing. Both kids love it here and we are so happy we found this place on the Texas workforce childcare site. They have a 4 star rising star rating which made us feel comfortable trusting them to take care of the children. On the first day one child had a really rough time being in a new place and Christine took time to sit with him and talk to him and helped calm him down.

I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against Robindell, its insurance company, and current employee Cynthia in the Toddler 3 building. My daughter is a Level 2 on the autism spectrum with a speech delay, and I believe she was discriminated against due to her inability to verbally communicate what happened to her. I have been asked to rely solely on surveillance footage and staff accounts, neither of which provide a clear or satisfactory explanation.
On January 29th, Cynthia failed to recognize that my daughter had two pieces of paper balled up in her ear. When I arrived to pick her up, I noticed her pulling at her ear, prompting me to check. I personally removed the paper while Cynthia stood by and watched. No incident report was filed regarding this matter.
On January 30th, Cynthia also failed to inform the office or me about a significant issue regarding my daughter’s hair. Instead of addressing the matter professionally, she approached me in a joking manner when I arrived to pick up my daughter, asking, “Look at Plair and tell me what’s different about her?” When I asked for clarification, she continued, “Look at Plair and tell me what’s missing.” It was only then that I realized a noticeable chunk of my daughter’s hair was missing. Cynthia provided two conflicting explanations, both claiming it occurred during nap time. However, I picked my daughter up between 7:30 and 8:00 PM—far too long for me or the office to have remained uninformed about such a serious matter.
On January 31st, I spoke with Sharon and Christine regarding these incidents and requested that my daughter no longer be placed under Cynthia’s care. I also asked for confirmation of what had happened. Christine and Sharon informed me that they reviewed the footage and maintained that my daughter engaged in self-harm. However, the clip Christine showed me only depicted my daughter touching her hair and head, not actively pulling it out. I know my child, and this is not typical behavior for her.
Despite these serious concerns, I have not received a response, an apology, or any acknowledgment from Cynthia regarding her failure to properly supervise my daughter or inform me of these incidents. Both Cynthia and Christine failed to take appropriate action, neglected to file timely incident reports, and demonstrated a lack of accountability. This is unacceptable.
Furthermore, Christine mentioned that surveillance footage is deleted after a certain period but could not provide a specific retention timeframe. I have also been denied full access to the footage that allegedly explains what happened to my daughter. These actions indicate not only negligence but also discrimination against my daughter’s inability to communicate, as well as a failure to provide necessary supervision for a child with a disability. This further highlights a lack of training and understanding of how to properly care for children with special needs.

Best 24/7 daycare/ after school center in HOUSTON! People love to leave bad reviews but never leave good reviews! My son has been going to the center for 9 years! This place has saved me many days! As a single parent with no one to help me, this place is run better then most daycare/private schools! It is affordable for the parents that have to pay on their own!
The staff is amazing and will treat your child like family! My son has never come home dirty or hungry! If they don't do anything else your child will eat, they feed the kids one full meal and give them snacks and train how to go to the bathroom on their own and pray before he eats! Ms. Phyllis, Ms. Angela, Ms. Veronica, Ms. Chrissy, Ms. Mary and the rest I might have forgotten over the years are all hard working staff members that will go above and beyond for the kids at Robindale private school! I am truly thankful I found this place years ago!🤎

My daughter is 7 years old and after moving to Houston a year ago I found it very difficult to find a sitter until this center was recommended to me. I work from home typically and my daughter goes to school during the day. After a certain time, it’s almost impossible to find reliable childcare. A lot of babysitters these days charge $25 plus a hour and sometimes as a single parent I just need a break or a night for myself without breaking my pockets. Thanks to Robindell, I’m able to get that for myself. My daughter has been there twice so far and she always leaves happy and fed. For any other parents that just need a break this is a great, safe, and affordable center for you. I have never seen anything like this and it’s a blessing for moms like me. Thank you.

My child went here since 18 months and we have the best experience so far. Teachers are very friendly to Childs and the best thing is it open 24 hrs, so very flexible to drop and pick. I would definitely recommend this. I am truly thankful to all staff and teachers specially miss Mary, Miss Joyces and Miss Tina. They are the best.
