I highly recommend RCC. My daughter attends and is so excited every day to see her teachers & friends. After my tour of the building, I was so impressed with how much they truly put into the care for our children. Ms. Walker & Ms. Phelps & Ms Suzy(and the others I can’t remember their name) I can’t thank you enough for loving on my girl and being a big part of who she will become.

Our son has attended RCC for the better part of a year. His teachers are excellent, the facility is clean, safe and inviting and we love their parent-friendly policies, especially for any covid-related closure. In that scenario, parents don't pay. Our family spent thousands to keep our spots at other childcare centers during the pandemic. These centers closed for the shakiest of reasons, with little or no notice, for weeks at a time. We found RCC a little more affordable than other centers our kids have attended without any of the pretentiousness. That alone makes it incredibly worthwhile. Recommended!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Absolutely awful place. I wouldn't let them take care of a person gerbil let alone a child. The few times I've been to the building there have been children left unattended or children hurt and screaming and crying while the staff is huddled chit chatting about their personal life. The people in the office are beyond words rude, they refuse to listen or communicate. I can almost guarantee a greater satisfaction if you where to take the losses and stay home to watch your own childern. This place is a complete nightmare.

I will keep sharing this as I feel it is unacceptable and inappropriate! This matter is still not resolved. Please help me spread the word so other parents are aware. These reports are in regard to my then 4 year old son. I called the state after reading his file, which I demanded when they kicked him out of preschool for being "unsafe to himself and others". His file said they physically restrained him on three ocassions, without my knowledge. This report describes more times of physical restraint than what was documented by the school file. Including a time when 3 teachers took turns restraining him, a time when an elbow was used to hold him in place, and a time frame of 45 minutes of restraint seated against his will at a table. This is unacceptable! No wonder this kid has anxiety about school. The state has cited them for corporal punishment. There is no repercussions set in place for this school or teachers yet. As it is a "process " that can be disputed and revised and then a plan of correction can be put in place. There is nothing in this daycares handbook or behavior policies that says they use restraint. Nor did I sign a consent that it was allowed. You can find the state's report at dhhs.gov
