Ruff House Resort

We brought our dog here while we went on a trip and I couldn’t be happier about choosing this place! We have never boarded him so I was very nervous but the staff was so reassuring and kind to us. I was able to call daily and they sent us pictures of him every day 😊 and if you follow their Facebook page, you might even get to see your baby on there! If I ever go out of town again, I will definitely be choosing Ruff House! Thank you for keeping our baby happy and safe ♥️

Love Ruff House. They take the best care of my dog and he always has a blast at daycare. They usually have fun events which is also a nice touch. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I have boarded my dog here three times now and most recently had to have my baby boarded for 10 days which was the longest me and my boyfriend have ever been apart from him. He can be a little shy and has an iffy temperament due to being abused before being rescued. I get really nervous leaving him especially for long periods of time. However, I have never had but the best of experiences with the Ruff house! The staff is always so friendly and treat him as if he were their own. I feel so much more at ease knowing he is in good hands and anytime I call to check on him they are quick to give me an update and will even send photos! When I pick him up he is excited to go home and his things are always orderly packed and ready! Amazing boarding facility and staff!

As a combat veteran who’s faced more battles off the field than on it, I’ve learned that healing comes in many forms. Sometimes, it’s a quiet space. Sometimes, it’s a helping hand. And sometimes... it’s knowing your best friend — your dog — is in the hands of someone who truly cares. To the amazing folks at Rough House Resort, and especially Carolyn, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for welcoming Luna like family. Thank you for caring for her with so much love, for bringing her honey when she got sick, and for going above and beyond to make sure she got the vet care she needed. That kind of compassion means more than words can say — especially to someone who's been let down before. You didn’t just give Luna a safe space — you gave me peace of mind. Brought our dogs Cooper and Luna for daycare and grooming. We are from Canada and are in Panama City for 4 years (Military). We looked for a daycare that would be similar to the one we had them in back in Canada and we definitely made the right choice! Super friendly staff and our fur babies are pooped out! They also did an amazing job on their grooming, they even did a touch up on Coopers nails when I noticed they were a tad long! Highly recommend! Cooper and Luna are definitely excited to return for daycare and eventually boarding :)
