I love the Y! They’re the only gym I trust (everyone else is owned by ABC which makes it difficult to cancel.) I have had to go on hold for my membership due to life events and hardships. The Y has always respected this without troubles or manipulative interrogation. Staff is prompt in solving my issues and answering my questions. It’s a wonderful price for a pool membership alone. I needed to go on hold recently and received a phone call immediately with options to enroll in a scholarship and felt genuine concern from staff. I don’t feel valued in this way elsewhere so I truly appreciate the effort here. I think this is a great asset to our community and feel personally connected to this service. Thanks again to all staff. Shout out to Aida for assisting me with holds and also one lifeguard unsure the name who always offers to assist when I forget my goggles.

Great staff, everyone is always so nice. They are very active in the Orcutt/Santa Maria community and support great causes. Clean facility and a great sense of community here!

My Husband and I have so much good feeling toward the staff at the YMCA. With Aida and Sam greeting us and helping us set up our appointments. Cruz who we see working out the members, and Joaquin who works around the grounds. They make us feel welcome and we enjoy coming to the Y. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience.
