Sappington Child Care Center and Summer Day Camp

Very unhelpful with the enrollment process. The people were rude and my daughter has been on a waiting list for 2 years now. I had reached out to the center many times and was understanding about the wait (which was said would be about 6ish months). Each time I spoke with someone, they forgot my child’s information and acted like it was the first time they’d heard of it and the wait got progressively longer. After a while, they told me they had a spot for her but then didn’t know her age and messed that part up. Afterwards they revoked her offer for that spot because of the information regarding age they overlooked. After that mistake she was placed back on the waiting list and never called me back (which was 1.5 years ago). I understand that places have waitlists but the amount of errors combined with attitude from the woman I spoke to was ridiculous.

This daycare is over capacity with too many age groups combined in one. There is no structure. My daughter came home with welts on her legs at one point. I would not trust them to care for any children under the age of 6. UPDATE: in response to the owners response to my review. I left a review when I withdrew my daughter but noticed it never posted. So I am writing another review to make sure other parents beware. And I have every right to do so. It is a lie that anyone from this facility arranged any type of meeting or even a conversation with me about my daughters welts after I told you all about them.

My oldest daughter went to Sappington all through grade school, both pre-k and aftercare, as well summer camp. Now my 4 year old daughter goes 3 days a week. My wife and I absolutely love Sappington. Our daughter loves her teachers and her friends. I especially love watching the videos of them having fun on Facebook. I recommend Sappington to all of my friends, family and anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, and caring environment for their kids.

highly recommend. My son loves it! Nothing but positive things to say. The last child care center my son was in, he never wanted to go and always would cry when I dropped him off. At sappington he wakes up with a smile knowing he gets to go to school and simply waves and tells me bye when I drop him off. The staff is doing something right!! 5 star! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

A fantastic place with fantastic staff! We have had our children going there for about 2 years now, and it has really been a lifesaver when school is closed or during summer breaks. The prices are very affordable. They even offer swim lessons in their in-ground pool during the summer. This place is just amazing, and my children have really grown there. Highly recommend!
