School Street KinderCare

Thought it would be a good fit for my toddler, bes been at this location since he was an infant. At first I didn’t have issues, teachers seemed nice and center seemed clean. Slowly started noticing things I didn’t like. First it was the way I’d catch the infant teachers aggressively speaking to the babies. Then it was kids constantly getting sick due to their lack of sanitation with toys. And what made me pull my son completely out of this center was picking him up today and seeing he had a scratch on his head that was actually pretty deep. My son’s father picked him up and was told another kid had hit him. They pressed me hard about my son when he was going through a phase of hitting. Questioning me “is anything going on at home?” But won’t come to me about another child hitting MY son?? AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME! The director is the worst. Doesn’t know how to communicate. Always on “vacation” and never knowing exactly what’s going on in the center. They definitely have favorites as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! Will definitely be filing a formal complaint with the ECC. take your children else where PLEASE!

I love this kindercare center. My baby enjoys coming in every day, and I know that she’s going to be well taken care of. The teachers are great and she adores her infant teacher. My baby is all smiles when she’s there. They keep the center clean and sanitize the toys every day so my child’s health is not a concern for me with this center. If my baby needs anything or they have any questions about her, they are very good at communicating with me. I really appreciate the care that is given to my daughter at this center.

I enjoy the environment at school street KinderCare and I enjoy coming in everyday. We take care of each child with care so you won’t regret enrolling your children here.

There is no proper care taken, complete and utter unprofessionalism from the staff, and uncleanliness. They have colony of ant marching all through the building along with roaches. They say they have no control over that! God forbid an infant/child pick it up and eats it disgusting! Very unsanitary do not send your babies here! This location should be shut down! The filth is ridiculous. Not a good experience especially for my first experience with child care!!

We love this place , the location is very convenient and it has flexible hours with an open-door policy, and the teachers are very caring. I would definitely recommend this daycare.
